I tried to click on my location for delivery and it doesnt do anything. The pick up buttons work but im unhappy I cant get my grub delivered :(

Reward System: 

Ok hear me out at Starbucks I need to spend $30-40 to get one free drink. Here $300 for one drink. I only get one point for every purchase? Why not do 1 point for every dollar. Please a change is needed. 15 points= free pearls that only cost .75. Therefore $90 to make my drink cheaper by 75 cents one time. Please update your reward system!!

I have tried so many things to get this app to load but it always stays at one spot. I have tried deleting it, restarting my wifi, waited  like 10 minutes but nothing works. If anyone knows how to fix this please write a review or let me know, Thank You

It does it’s job, but could be capable of more. Takes forever to load initially and would be nice if points automatically accrued based on my login information and not having to enter my number into the menu description.

Please add Apple Pay ASAP!! It’s such a hastle to pull out your card especially when most people don’t even carry it around to begin with. This app is very outdated.

The app is great and I have no complaints of any sort, but I have a suggestion you could add to the app. People lose things, it happens at least once to many people. Maybe, if people could report lost things on there then maybe people could find them. Like hats, wallets, credit cards, sunglasses, etc.

I love the app, and I love the boba! However, I have had a couple times where I order on the app, and if it asks me to verify my card, it forgets my tip. At first, I thought it was a display problem, but it appears that I am not being charged for the tip (and the staff aren’t receiving it)
