Your unable to get the app to work at all none of the templates will work they are all locked and I have the full premium package. It just keeps going back to the black screen wanting me to pay for an extra 340 templates for 96 cents. I get sick of it and click on it and it will tell me I’m already subscribed to this feature and then goes back to the black screen. New parents beware *2025-05-09* I was told there was a free trial period. However, I was charged a full annual subscription and will not show any instructions on how to request a refund or use this poorly executed app for that matter. I have the feeling that it is designed to exploit new parents. The way everything was worded when looking at the app I thought it was a trial subscription for $0.94 a day and then after 30 days if you hadn’t canceled it then it would charge the full amount. I got charged immediately and immediately canceled the subscription and tried to get a refund. I was told it was not eligible for a refund and to get in contact at the app support. I tried to do that and it continually takes me to a different app not the support. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before purchasing. In my subscriptions I have a year long subscription ending in 2027, but when I go into the app it says no subscription found and doesn’t recognize my email that I signed up with. I’ve tried multiple times emailing the contact email in the app with no response and have tried processing a refund on my Apple Card with no success saying it is ineligible for refund. I don’t know what I’m paying for when I don’t have access to anything at all. Highly disappointed in this whole experience. I downloaded the app and that same day cancelled it and they still charged me $49 something when I didn’t even use it at all. Had it on my phone for a couple of hours not even a full day and was charged.
