## What is Tiny Promise?

Keep your word to yourself.

Tiny Promise is for the small promises you make to yourself — and usually forget by lunch. Each morning, write one down, give it a time window and hold to seal it. When time is up, answer honestly: kept, or broken. Over time you see something no to-do list shows you: how often you actually keep your word.

ONE PROMISE A DAY
Not a list of goals. One small promise you can actually keep: "No phone for the next two hours." "No sugar today." "Ten pages before bed." Pick 30 minutes, a few hours, until a set time, or all day.

SEAL IT. KEEP IT.
Hold to seal your promise. When a timed promise runs out you get a gentle "Did you keep it?" — answer right from the notification. The moment you keep it is marked, quietly.

YOUR SELF-TRUST SCORE
The share of promises you kept in the last 30 days. It rewards honesty, not perfection.

A STREAK THAT FORGIVES
One day a week without a kept promise doesn't break your streak. And if a streak does end, Tiny Promise welcomes you back instead of making you feel guilty — coming back is the real skill, so it gets its own number.

HONEST ABOUT THE MISSES
When a promise breaks, tap what got in the way — you forgot, it was too big, you gave in — and get a concrete tip for the next one.

MILESTONES AND YOUR JOURNEY
First promise kept, a week of kept words, your comebacks — all in one calm place, with your full history and calendar.

SIRI AND SHORTCUTS

### 3.0 — 2026-10-23

Tiny Promise 3.0 — one promise a day, kept.

• Hold to seal your promise, and see the moment you keep it
• A grace day: one missed day a week won't break your streak
• Welcome back: coming back after a streak ends is celebrated, not punished
• Milestones and a new Journey view
• Siri and Shortcuts, plus a Control Center button on iOS 18
• Free backups you keep yourself
• Now in English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Français, Español, 日本語 and Português

Pro, still one purchase and never a subscription, adds widgets you can answer from, your Year in Promises, renewing promises and ink colours. If you bought Pro before, everything you had stays yours — including five promises a day — and everything new is included.

### 2.0 — 2026-10-05

Tiny Promise 2.0 is a new app on the inside.

• Self-trust score: the share of promises you kept in the last 30 days
• Answer promises from earlier days that were left open
• Tell yourself what got in the way when a promise breaks
• Answer "Time's up" right from the notification
• Morning nudge and evening check-in
• Calendar, streaks and a new promise editor
• New look and a new icon

No more trial: one promise a day is now free forever. Tiny Promise Pro (one purchase) adds up to five promises a day, repeating promises, widgets, a Lock Screen countdown, insights and export. If you bought Tiny Promise before, Pro is already yours.
