tiny promises is a simple place for the small things you mean to do.

Inspired by physical controls and thoughtful interactions, tiny promises is built around a single intentional gesture. Sliding the control, accompanied by subtle haptics, makes creating a promise feel less like tapping another button and more like making a small commitment to yourself.

Move the knob toward voice or keyboard input, capture a promise in a few words, and choose when it should return. Revisit your open promises, mark the ones you have fulfilled, or let go of what no longer matters.

Older promises can gently resurface with a quiet “Still with you?” check-in, while refreshed empty states keep the app calm and contextual. You can now add promises and check your open count with Siri and Shortcuts. This update also improves Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support, simplifies the Home Screen widget, and moves private history export into About.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-05

Promises are easier to read at a glance, with clearer status, creation, fulfillment, and reminder timing. Open promise details now show when each promise was made and how long it has been waiting. Stats now include your average time to fulfill, monthly activity, and the themes that keep returning. This update also brings quieter promise cards and small interaction refinements throughout.

See what keeps returning. A new word-based statistics view reveals the themes that gather across your promises, helping you notice what you are tending to most often. This update also adds clearer reminder timing and editing, direct promise text editing, a first-use gesture guide, and refinements to voice capture and the Home Screen.

A more polished experience from capture to completion. Long promises are easier to read and edit, voice capture keeps your latest words in view, and natural reminder phrases understand more everyday wording. Widgets are clearer, promise history is easier to navigate, activity charts are more useful, and fulfilling a promise now feels more rewarding.
