## What is Tiny Skies?

Tiny Skies turns the weather forecast into a tiny world. Your city is drawn as an isometric miniature diorama — its real landmarks, streets and rivers on a small block of land — and the scene changes with the weather outside your window: clouds drift over it, rain falls on wet streets, snow settles on the roofs, fog rolls between the towers, lightning flashes over it at night.

WEATHER YOU CAN SEE
• Current conditions, feels-like temperature, wind and humidity, with an hourly strip and a 7-day forecast
• Data from Apple Weather
• Morning, day, evening and night versions of every scene, so the diorama follows the light as well as the weather

A LIVING SCENE
• Tilt your phone and the diorama shifts with depth; drag it to look around
• Rain, snow, fog, clouds and lightning are animated live on the scene
• Animate turns a scene into a short looping film

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Small, medium and large widgets show the current scene and temperature and update through the day
• Lock Screen widgets with the temperature and conditions
• Works with tinted and clear Home Screens

A CITY EVERYONE DRAWS TOGETHER
• Your current location or any city in the world
• Every city's scenes are shared: when anyone draws a city's weather, everyone who follows that city gets it, instantly and free
• Found a city: be the first to draw it, and it's yours
• Share a card of today's scene

FREE, WITH TINY SKIES PLUS FOR MORE
Tiny Skies is free: the real weather, the built-in artwork, the widgets, every community scene of your cities and one AI scene of your own. Tiny Skies Plus draws new scenes of your cities as the weather and the light change, with 10 scene credits a month — each scene drawn costs 1 credit (a new city's first view also draws its base scene), a private redraw just for you costs 1, and an animated loop costs 3. Credits reset on the 1st. Plus members also put their name on the cities they found and can claim cities founded by free explorers.

Tiny Skies Plus is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Scenes are generated by AI image services (Google's Gemini models, fal.ai for some styles) after you confirm you are 18 or older; without that, Tiny Skies still shows the real weather over its built-in artwork. Each new scene takes about a minute to draw and needs a network connection. Tiny Skies has no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

Founder names are public and follow the community rules (tinyskies.app/rules); you can report or block any name.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.2 — 2026-10-30

• Fixes the large widget not updating: it now fills the whole tile with your city and follows the weather through the day.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-10-28

• Small and large widgets now fill the whole tile with your city on every Home Screen look, including Clear and Tinted.
• Fixes the large widget sometimes staying blank.

### 1.3 — 2026-10-17

• See how far a new scene has got: "41% · Drawing Nashville" instead of "Generating…". Founding a city is much quicker, and its first scene appears as soon as it's drawn.
• Pinch to zoom into any diorama, drag to look around, double tap to zoom in and back.
• Small and large widgets now fill the whole tile with your city, the weather on top.
• Choose a widget's city as you add it — or later: touch and hold the widget, then Edit Widget.
• A founded city shows its nearest community scene while today's weather is still to be drawn.
• Move or delete your current location on the Home screen like any other city.
• A simpler Settings screen.

### 1.2 — 2026-10-16

Community scenes: a city's dioramas are now drawn once and shared. When anyone draws a city's weather, everyone who follows that city gets it instantly — free.

Found a City: be the first to draw a city and you found it. Tiny Skies Plus members put their name on the cities they found, and can claim cities founded by free explorers before anyone else.

Private redraws: Plus members can redraw any scene just for themselves.

Founder names follow the community rules; report or block any name from the city screen.
