Unable to restore purchase on a new device, also unable to family share on multiple devices I own.

I have the volume turned up but there is no sound. It looks like the animals make noises and there are sound controls. Everything is turned up.

Please be sure that you turn off the silent mode in your phone also.

You only get two free animals, a pig and a sheep after that you have to pay!! I don’t think you should have to pay.

**Developer response:** Hello. Thank you for your review. User has an opportunity to play 2 characters for free to understand to pay or not to pay to play further. We think that the minimum cost of subscription which gives you a full access is appropriate and price is fair since it cost just as a coffee.
