It’s hard to move new buildings, there’s little to no instruction- I had to figure most of it out on my own. How are you gonna demand I kill a sea creature with fire when I have zero access to lava stone to get the fire magic? So silly the way the developers have this thing playing out. It’s SO cute though and I love the 8 bit look. Just fix the bugs (I rarely get to an island after watching an ad, I just get a blank page with music even though my phone is on silent, I don’t have access to lava, the tools are far too expensive for the progression of the game, and sometimes you don’t get the required quest to unlock things in order) ### 3/5 — Good game but stuck already *2025-06-08, version 1.2.0* The game seems like one I would enjoy but the frog is asking me to talk to the shopkeeper, while the shopkeeper is no where to be found so I cant progress ### 2/5 — Too glitchy, and too many ads *2025-05-15* Love the idea, but it is loaded with ads to do things. Went to the second island and got the coal. Then went to the next island only to get stuck with no axe. Cant get to other islands without freezing ### 3/5 — Stuck *2025-03-18, version 1.1.9* The sea creature bones didn’t spawn at the end of the quest making you stuck at that part. ### 3/5 — too buggy :( *2025-03-11* this game would be so good, but it has quite a few bugs that make it unplayable. the main problems i had was every time i opened the game it would bring me to my the apps section in my settings app, there were no settings to change the sound volume or to send bug feedback and what made me delete it was i came back to play and all the buildings i bought/built were gone. my coins, inventory and the ship was all there so my progress was saved, but something glitched and made it so my main island was reset. very sad because this was a promising game. really cute graphics, ads aren’t obnoxious (they’re for optional rewards), and it’s clear a lot of love went in this game but it’s just a little too glitchy ### 3/5 — Unplayable *2025-02-17* Loved it until the screen just stopped responding. Once that's done, you'll be able to get the axe and chop wood on the new island. Finally being able to go to animal island and see what the deal is there was worth the wait. However, a new progression halting glitch has popped up. Crafting the bed for the hotel/inn doesn’t actually upgrade it. Instead, there’s a new prompt on upgrade menu that just says “complete this and level up the property” with a trophy icon. I think this may be a placeholder prompt that can’t actually be completed. So there’s no progression in the story past that point. In a similar vein, the cafe requires rusty swords for its upgrade and no matter how many are in your inventory, they can’t be added to the upgrade prompt. Besides that, I’m really enjoying the game.
