So the idea is simple. You do what you do every day but you also get healthier. Kind of buy one get one free type of thing. I’m getting ready to work in the morning , kaboom, I also do my triceps. I’m standing in front of a mirror and brush my teeth, kabang, my vastus lateralis gets extra series of reps.

So ok it’s not like going to a gym but it’s great for anybody that wants to stay healthy by doing simple exercises without an need of paying for a personal trainer or gym fees. 

And who said I can’t get fit by watching Netflix or when I’m preparing G&T!?

What a wonderful little app. Like a good friend it reminds you to stay active wherever you are. The whole design and animations is a pure delight.
