## What is TinyRep?

Turn the exercises you know into a routine you can repeat.

Learned a set of exercises online, from a coach, or from a qualified professional? TinyRep helps you organize those movements into your own routine, set repetitions, timing and rest, and complete each session with sound and rhythm cues.

Every completed session is saved automatically. Review your calendar and trends to see how often you practiced and how your efforts add up over time.

BUILD YOUR OWN ROUTINE
Choose built-in movements or create your own. Arrange the order, repetitions, duration and rest to suit your practice, then adjust your routine whenever you need to.

FOLLOW EVERY STEP
Audio cues, rhythm and spoken prompts guide movements, rests and stage transitions, so you can spend less time checking the clock or tapping your phone. Audio can run alongside other apps to help practice fit into your day.

EVERY SESSION COUNTS
Keep an automatic log of completed sessions. Look back at your training calendar and trends to see the consistency you are building.

MAKE TIME TO PRACTICE
Set reminders for stretching, shoulder and neck movement, or your regular home routine.

CUES ON YOUR WRIST
View plans and start and complete sessions directly on Apple Watch. Gentle haptic cues help you follow the rhythm. Live Activities also show session status on your iPhone Lock Screen.

START WITH A BUILT-IN PLAN
No routine yet? Start with a built-in plan and make it yours. Explore shoulder and neck movement, back exercises, full-body stretching, core stability, basic strength, ankle balance, wrist and hand movement, warm-ups and bedtime relaxation. Built-in movements include step-by-step visuals, instructions, tips and precautions you can revisit anytime.

IMPORT, SHARE AND KEEP YOUR RECORDS
Import and share TinyRep plans. No account is required, and plans and session history are stored on your device by default.

For anyone who wants to organize familiar exercises, track stretching and home workouts, and build a lasting practice habit.

IMPORTANT
TinyRep is a daily workout planning and guidance tool. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or professional coach. Choose movements based on your condition and practice in a safe, stable environment. If you have pain, an injury or other health concerns, consult a qualified professional first.
