## What is TinyRoots?

Tiny Roots is designed to support patients undergoing IVF by providing practical information and guidance that may not always be readily available from doctors or medical staff. The app is simple to use: after downloading, create a profile by registering your name, email, and password. From there,  select your current stage in the IVF process to personalize your experience. For example, if you are in the pre-IVF stage, you’ll begin with the period tracker, which helps you log important details and share them with your doctor. When you reach the retrieval and lab stage, the app’s calendar feature allows you to schedule appointments and receive reminders. When you start stimulation shots—which trigger follicle development for egg maturation—the calendar ensures you never miss a medication or appointment. When you reach the retrieval stage, Tiny Roots helps you follow the daily AI prediction progress of your embryos, keeping you informed and providing peace of mind during this important phase. The app also encourages daily journaling, giving you space to record how you’re feeling, whether it’s nausea, bloating, or cramping—and rate your mood on a scale from 1 (sad) to 5 (happy). Tiny Roots also offers Learning Modules that cover IVF Basics, Emotional Wellness, Nutrition, and Rest.  If you have concerns or questions, Tiny Roots reminds you to reach out to your physician for guidance.
The Tiny Roots app was created by veteran embryologist who explains, “I recognized the need for patients to have access to the information they deserve during such an uncertain time, giving them a sense of empowerment in a process that is also filled with hope.”
