## What is Tio Help?

Tio Help is a hyper-local "I need help right now" board for your neighbourhood.

Post a small problem — a colour print at 11pm, a phone charger that fits, help carrying groceries up six flights, a parcel collected before the courier leaves — and neighbours within 100 metres to a kilometre see it on a map and a feed. Tap "I can help", chat privately to coordinate, meet in minutes.

This is not a marketplace. There's no fee, no rating economy, no gig-work. It's just neighbours, helping neighbours, the way buildings used to feel before everyone stopped knocking on each other's doors.

Who it's for
• People who need a small, in-person favour faster than a delivery app can solve
• People who like being useful to the building or block they already live on
• New residents who want to meet neighbours without a forced social event

How it works
1. Sign in with Google, Apple, or your phone number
2. Post what you need — a sentence, optionally a photo, and an urgency level
3. Anyone within walking distance gets a notification (your exact address is never shared — only the area)
4. The first helper to tap "I can help" starts a private chat with you to coordinate
5. Meet, get the favour done, mark it complete

Privacy
Your exact location is never shown to other users. Requests are placed in a 100 m to 1 km neighbourhood area, never at a precise address. Chats are private between you and one helper. You can block anyone, report any post, and delete your account at any time.

Full Traditional Chinese interface for both Hong Kong (香港) and Taiwan (台灣) readers.
