Allows convenient banking from your phone or tablet. I like that feature at my other bank. ### 5/5 — Highly recommend *2026-04-30* I’ve had accounts with Tioga State Bank for decades. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. I recently had an issue with my cell provider taking unauthorized funds from my account. TSB worked hard on my behalf. They stopped the withdrawals, determined they were unauthorized and didn’t charge me for the overdrafts.
