Doesn’t show a graphic of your avg hourly wage over time. Just ok. Try another app. ### 2/5 — Crashed *2020-02-03, version 2.1.0* I’ve had tip bucket/mule for about 7 years. I’ve kept track of all my tips since downloading. This app has been great. Well tonight, it crashed on me, and all my data is gone. I was referred to Tip Bucket through a friend of mine and I loved it from the get go! Never an issue (aside from my own flubs). I especially loved the average tip percentage feature. One day I go to open Tip Bucket and I am notified that the app has changed and I am directed to the App Store to download Tip Mule. Alright, fine, I’ll play along. I download the app and immediately notice issues. The layouts all funky and I can’t find features that I was used to having with Tip Bucket. Soon after the app starts crashing. First, just occasionally and then the problems began to come more frequently. Now I can’t even open the app. I’ve lost the last 2 years of stored info and I can’t get a reply back to the email inquiry I sent asking how I can fix this issue. I’ve had to download another app and start from scratch. Thanks a lot. You should have remained as Tip Bucket. Every time I go to add a new tip for the day, the app closes atleast the first two tries. I have info on their from awhile ago so I hate to have to switch apps, but I might just stop using it all together. Since it was called “Tip Bucket.” Tip Mule is much more useful and dependable than Tip Bucket ever was, but lately it keeps crashing. It usually crashes about 2 or 3 times upon first opening it, and after that I can use it. Please, please, please fix this bug! I have tried to register and it won't do anything. I have then tried to have my password sent to me and again nothing happens. So as of now all of my records for the year are gone. *** Tip Mule responded to my emails very quickly. I finally found why I couldn't register. My cellular data access button must be on. And also could you add a feature to view tips by days of the week? And it would be nice to be able to click on the calendar and see your tips listed there instead of having to scroll down. I use both your app and TipSee because they have these features that I need and I wish you would incorporate. Edit: thank you for your response but I meant I wanted to compare each day’s average tips. Like compare the average tips I make on Mondays to the rest of the week. There’s no feature for this. ### 2/5 — So frustrating *2017-09-20, version 2.0.5* I bought this app nearly four years ago and recommended it to so many people...cuz I loved it! Then they updated it without notice and it totally changed all my information entered!! I'm a server and as such need to track my take home tips and also how much I tip out to support staff. In the original app I would enter my take home amount and the amount of money tipped out. When the app was updated it automatically deducted the tip out amount from the amount I entered as my take home and went back to the beginning of my entering. Changed all my earning numbers!! So frustrating!! So I adapted how I put the info in. I enter my amount before tipping out then my tip out amount and it would give me my take home amount! I even went back several months and adjusted all my numbers. Then I go to enter my tips from last night and It appears as though they've changed it back to the old way and now I'm so messed up in my tracking!! So so frustrated with this! This app has allowed me to keep track of my earning from multiple jobs and it’s amazing being to go back and see previous earnings and hours from different years, months and days. Never had any issues until a few weeks ago i noticed the numbers in my dashboard weren’t adding up.. After writing to their tech support about my issues, they got back to me within a day. After a few screen shots and specific details about what was happening they took to work on fixing it. A few days later it was back to normal and I am still a happy and loyal user! Keep theses improvements coming. 8/10/2017 This latest update is beyond expectations, I knew the developer was working on the 'totals' charts but wow! These are even more detailed than the previous app Tip Bucket, awesome work 👏👏 If you are a server this is a must have app. 7/6/2017 I decided to leave all my comments on here so you can see the progress that the developer has made in a very quick and timely fashion. Many of us had reached out after tip bucket changed to tip mule and were shocked by the complete makeover. The developer listen to us and added features, brought back features that we all felt were relevant. I'm very happy with this latest update. I look forward to future updates, thank you for listening. 7-4-17 I changed my review to a two stars from one because things are getting better. I received several replies from the developer showing me that they really care and want to know what we want, I am giving them a chance. I'm starting to learn how to use the app, and I like some of its new features on the dashboard. I just wish you could click on the dashboard and see the break down, but that may come in the future. I look forward to your next updates. 7/2/2017 Tip bucket was awesome, this is total crap! You can no longer track things as accurately and a simple as before. You can put in your exact hours that you're working via the clock in, it has defaults which is silly. I used to use TipBucket to track against my paychecks to make sure things were accurate, now I can no longer do that, I can't compare year to year month-to-month, I can't compare sales versus percentage of tips. All in all this upgrade is awful. ### 5/5 — Great for drivers too. *2017-08-13, version 2.0.4* I just put in hours per day and tips per day, and Tip Mule gives me the info I want. I can track tips and wages by day, week, or pay period. This is great to compare with my pay stubs. I was wondering if it was going to get an upgrade and I'm really happy with what they've done. Also, from the sounds of it, it looks like they're not stopping anytime soon and that makes me happy. I downloaded the new app today and emailed the developer asking if it was possible to upload my data to the app. They wrote me back immediately with a solution. Aside from the quick response, I'm really pleased with the changes to the app. I like the analytics they've added and the overall upgraded appearance & functionality.
