But the new bright white design draws too much attention to itself. I probably will look for alternatives. The former version was discreet with the dark and neutral color palette, so I could open it at the table without other guests noticing. Also, there's a feedback icon in the settings. It opens to a broken URL page. I hope you'll take my feedback into consideration. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Not so great *2017-07-26* I just downloaded the tip calculator because of the good reviews. After buying it for $.99 I found that it does not work.... it says, when you want to add local tax .... that you can only add local tax if you're in the USA live in the USA. I am in the USA so that feature doesn't work at all. I believe it is outdated and when I go to contact the owners takes me to a page that says this is not available so I'm out of luck ### 3/5 — Math Errors *2016-07-29, version 1.3* I put 8% as the sale tax in the settings and turned on 'subtract tax before tip'. I entered $10.80 as my bill amount, so the bill was $10 with $.80 tax. An 18% tip on $10.00 should be $1.80 but the app shows $1.79.
