## What is Tip Music?

TipMusic connects audiences with musicians during live, in-person performances at real-world venues such as weddings, restaurants, and live events.
During an active performance, users can optionally support musicians by leaving a gratuity or submitting a song request intended to be performed live at the venue. Song requests may be accepted or declined by the musician, and payment is only initiated if a request is accepted. These interactions relate exclusively to in-person services performed outside the app.

TipMusic also offers personalized video messages recorded by musicians upon request. These videos are created specifically for an individual user and delivered privately as downloadable files for offline viewing on the user’s device. Videos are not publicly visible, searchable, or shared within the app.

Payments for live, in-person performances are processed via an external licensed payment provider using a hosted checkout flow.

TipMusic does not provide a stored balance, digital wallet, or user-to-user money transfers. Performers can view transaction history and earnings summaries for informational and reconciliation purposes only.

TipMusic is designed to support real-world music experiences and does not function as a streaming service, digital content marketplace, or social media platform.
