## What is Tip Tracker?

Shift is the tip income tracker and tip calculator for servers, bartenders, baristas, and delivery drivers - log your tips in 30 seconds at the end of every shift and see your REAL hourly rate.

HOW MUCH DO YOU ACTUALLY MAKE?

$280 in tips sounds great. But was that a 6-hour dinner shift ($46/hr) or an 11-hour double ($25/hr)? Shift calculates your true effective hourly rate - tips plus wage divided by hours worked - so you finally know the answer.
