About
From fish and chips to the Boston Tea Party: these decks speak your language.
Five forbidden words. One ticking clock. Would you risk it for +3?
Bring your crowd together with Tiparo, a team word-guessing game built around a library worth exploring. Describe the word on your card without saying the word itself or its forbidden clues, and get your teammates guessing before time runs out.
Build your mix from nine themes: General, History, Science, Art, Film & TV, Music, Sport, Geography and Food. Discover over 1,800 English cards, including Shakespeare, the Moon Landing, Dolly Parton and Mac and Cheese. Across 13 languages, roughly 22,000 original cards are written for each audience, with its own history, films, dishes and culture.
Easy cards earn +1, medium +2 and hard +3. Hard cards never turn up at random in normal play. Once per turn, the clock stops for a hard-card offer. Accept for a shot at +3, with no passing and a −1 penalty if you miss. Decline and carry on with your current card. Will your team take the chance?
Every built-in card has exactly five forbidden words, and no card repeats until the whole deck has been played, even across games.
How to play:
1. Form 2–4 teams. Pick your decks and difficulty, then set the turn time, pass limit and rounds.
2. Take turns describing while teammates guess. An opponent watches for forbidden words. No gestures, sound effects or rhyming clues.
3. Mark cards Correct, Pass or Busted. Review the calls after each turn. Most points after the final round wins.
Correct guesses earn the card's points; Busted costs −1. Ordinary passes cost no points and follow your chosen limit. Undo an accidental tap during play or fix any wrong call in the turn review before scoring. Large buttons and protection against accidental double taps help everyone keep up.
Write your own cards, give them a difficulty level and bring your group's in-jokes into the game.
Made for iPhone with a Liquid Glass design: frosted panels, tinted buttons and soft color bring the table to life.
The whole game works offline. No ads, no account. Optional usage statistics, never linked to you, help us improve the game — you decide. A small download puts the library in your pocket for game nights, holidays and weekends away.
Calls, screen locks and switching apps automatically pause the turn and freeze scoring. Every state change is saved, so your game continues where you left off after closing the app.
Choose from 13 interface and card languages, including Arabic with right-to-left layout and Japanese. Set the UI and card languages separately, gather your teams and pass the phone.
