Ich war bisher eigentlich ganz zufrieden. Ich wette gerne System Ende der ersten Halbzeit. Jetzt wurde mir wieder mal nur ein Teil ausgezahlt, weil die höchste Quote plötzlich eine Restzeitwette war. Ich habe es vor und nach wettabgabe extra geprüft, davon war nichts zu sehen. Sogar 5 Minuten vor Spielende nicht. Im Support gibt es keine richtige Möglichkeit dies zu reklamieren. So habe ich bei 4 vo 5 richtigen Wetten weniger ausgezahlt bekommen, als ich eingesetzt habe, trotz 3 von 5 wette. Klingt für mich unlauter, und ich überlege ob ich das mal der Verbraucherzentrale zeige, denn das ist bei mir nicht das erste mal…

Ich erstelle meinen Account, ich will 10€ einzahlen, da steht Limit erreicht (Mein Limit= 25€ pro Monat) Guthaben 0€, meine Frage: wie soll ich mein Limit von 25€ erreicht haben wenn ich noch nie was eingezahlt habe und 10€ einzahlen wollte. Also schreib ich den Support an und bin mit einer gewissen Inka in einem Chat, sie sagt mir das ich eine Fehlgeschlagene Einzahlung hatte und ich eine andere Firma namens Lugas oder so anschreiben soll, dass habe ich dann auch gemacht, dort hieß es „ das ist das System von Tipico, nicht unseres“ also schrieb ich erneut in einem Chat, wo das gleiche rauskam. Geändert hat sich nichts! Da steht immer noch „Limit erreicht“ obwohl ich noch nie Geld dort hatte

Fazit: Ich wollte für ein Fußball Spiel wetten, anstatt mein gewettetes Spiel zu schauen, schreibe mit einer nicht gerade höflichen „Inka“ die den Chat dann einfach beendete! und habe nun immer noch 0€!! Die ganze Nummer hat mich 3 Stunden für nichts und wieder nichts gekostet!! 

Wenn ich mir die anderen Bewertungen so anschaue passiert dies selten, aber falls ihr euch davon schützen wollt, geht zu bwinn Sportwetten! Vielleicht trefft ihr mich ja dort, ich bin da neuerdings🤣, warum wohl!

Ich hab mir Tipico vor einiger Zeit geholt um aus Spaß kleine Wetten zu platzieren. Jetzt hab ich vor 2 Wochen 190€ gewonnen und wollte mir diese auszahlen lassen, weil ich die gerade ganz gut gebrauchen kann, aber es geht nicht.

Im Guthaben steht der Betrag als auszahlbar drin aber jedes Mal, wenn ich es versuche, heißt es, ich solle mich an den kundensupport richten. Wenn ich das tue, bekomme ich aber keine Antwort und auch sonst kann mir keiner helfen. 

An sich gefällt mir der Aufbau der App ganz gut. Auch das mit der cashout Funktion zum Beispiel. Aber was ist das für ein Wettanbieter, bei dem ich problemlos einzahlen und spielen kann, die Gewinne mir aber nicht ausgezahlt werden? Dann kann ich das Geld ja auch gleich verbrennen.

Die neuste Version von Tipico leckt ganz schön…
Jedesmal, wenn ich Fußballwetten auf Spiele von 48Stunden filter hängt das Programm und mir wird angezeigt das es neu gestartet werden muss. (Reload)
Die neue Version ist auch nicht so gut wie die alte. Mein konnte mehr filtern usw..

Eine solide App die ohne bis wenig Probleme lief wurde „verschlimmbessert“. Wenn es zuvor das größte Problem war, das eine Einzahlung einen „Wettschein in der Mache“ gelöscht hat, so ist das Update 5.0.0 der Tipico App ein Desaster. 

Ich muss sagen, dass ich normalerweise gar nicht auf die Idee käme eine Rezensionen zu verfassen, ich in dem Fall aber so genervt bin, das es keine 2min gedauert hat diesen Entschluss zu fassen.

Für die aktuellen iPhones der 12 Gen. wurde die App kaum bis mäßig tzbar gemacht. Alle Navigationsbuttons unanwählbar, weil die Frames falsch gesetzt wurden. Der Button des Benutzerkontos liegt hinter der Uhrzeit, was zur Folge hat, dass das Benutzerkontos nicht angewählt werden kann. Der „Zurück-Button“ hat ein noch banaleres Schicksal erlitten. Dieser wurde schlicht und ergreifend so fehlpatziert, dass dieser nicht angeklickt werden kann und zu einem Drittel in dem iPhone-Rahmen verschwindet.... alles in allem hat das Update direkt einen großen Frustfaktor verursacht. Schon alleine das Fehlen der Navigation innerhalb der App oder im Benutzerkonto macht das Ganze unbenutzbar. Schade, habe ich bisher doch einzig und alleine Tipico genutzt, was sich wohl jetzt ändern wird.

Bisher war ich ganz zufrieden mit tipico. Bis heute... ich habe gestern die Email zu Tipico Sixpäckchen bekommen und aufgrund dessen Geld eingezahlt um zugelassen zu werden. Ich bekam dann auch eine Benachrichtigung auf mein Tipico Konto mit einem Link. Dann habe ich über die chatfunktion Kontakt aufgenommen wo mir dann gesagt wurde ich solle mich neu anmelden und meinen Cache und mein Cookies leeren, was ich dann auch gemacht habe. Zu meiner Enttäuschung hat es dann immer noch nicht funktioniert. Ich hab daraufhin erneut versucht über die chatfunktion Kontakt aufzunehmen. Dieses Mal war ich ca 10 Minuten in der Warteschlange an „Nummer 1“ bis ich dann rausgegangen bin und eine Email geschrieben habe. Diese Email hatte ich heute um 11 Uhr abgeschickt und immer noch keine Antwort darauf bekommen, obwohl es heißt, dass sich 365 Tage im Jahr um die Kundenanliegen gekümmert wird. Ich hoffe ich werde zumindest ab morgen eine Antwort erhalten und daran teil nehmen können, da ich bisher ganz zufrieden mit Tipico war, die Bonusaktionen auch echt gut finde und sich sonst um Probleme eigtl auch immer schnell (Max 1 Stunde) gekümmert wurde.
