TipJar works a little differently: your employer creates your account first, then you simply sign in. If you haven’t been added yet, your employer/admin can do that for you. Got one reply from a team member, but have been waiting for a couple weeks for anything further. Will gladly update this review if it gets fixed. At this point I would say do not use this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2026-07-23* I’m owed a share of tips and have not been paid, my work also has issues. When emailing them you get no response. I guess they’ll just horde your tips and ignore you until you give up so they can pocket the funds. Or, they’re just terrible at customer service and overall communication.
