## What is TipPilot?

Tip smarter. Split cleaner. Track every gratuity.

TipPilot is the tip calculator with a memory. Pick the context — dine-in, delivery, bar, takeout, ride, or service — drop in the bill, and we apply the right tip percentage for that situation. Split it across the table, round the total to a clean number, and save the entry to a private on-device history. Over time, TipPilot learns how generous you are at brunch versus at the bar, and surfaces your average tip percent, monthly total, and tipper-personality badge right on the Home screen.

What you get

Per-Context Tip Defaults
Set one default for dine-in, another for delivery, another for the barber. Each context remembers its own percentage so you never adjust the slider twice.

Split the Bill, Cleanly
Enter the headcount and TipPilot shows the per-person amount, with tip and tax included. Works for parties of two or twenty.

Tax-Aware Tipping (Premium)
Pre-tax or post-tax mode with a per-context tax-rate slider. The math servers actually recommend — most calculator apps silently get this wrong.

Smart Round-Up
Round the final total to the nearest quarter, half-dollar, whole dollar, or always-up. No more counting cents at the table.

Tip Pulse on Home
A live strip of your last twelve tips, color-coded by amount, plus your average tip percent, monthly total, and a personality badge — Tactical, Steady, Generous, or Lavish.

Tip History You Keep
Every saved tip lives on your device with date, context, bill amount, tip percent, total, and notes. Sort, filter, and review by context.

CSV Export (Premium)
