## What is Tipping™ by Reconomy?

The process of tipping inert waste and backhauling aggregate material to your construction site can be an expensive and time-consuming process, particularly if long distances are involved.

Created exclusively for Reconomy customers, the Reconomy Tipping App is your portable waste management planner. It can save you time and money by improving the efficiency of your fleet’s daily scheduling for all tipping and collecting jobs.

Using the latest geo-fencing technology, the App allows your drivers to best utilise Reconomy’s large network of transfer stations and recycling centres.

With access to more than 1,500 tipping locations situated all around the UK, the App will help your drivers to identify the most efficient tipping or collection options based on the type of waste being carried, current vehicle positioning and the postcode of the next onward journey.

Some of the many benefits of using the Reconomy Tipping App include:

Upload new jobs and orders
Reduce administration and the need for ‘over the phone’ contact between your office staff and drivers by uploading jobs and orders directly to the App. Each job can then be individually accepted by the driver and scheduled into their workload.

Driver updates
The Reconomy Tipping App enables drivers to provide updates on individual jobs as their status changes. This ensures you are always up to date and saves you the hassle of having to contact drivers for information.

Optimised route planning
The App takes onward journeys into account when planning your next tipping or collection point. This not only saves time; it also minimises the carbon footprint and fuel costs of your fleet.

ETAs and vehicle positioning
Powered by Google Maps, the App provides accurate GPS positioning of all your vehicles. Drivers can also manually enter estimated arrival times for each job based on the optimised routes recommended by the App.

Instant data capture
All your tipping and collection tonnages are directly inputted into the App at the point of weighing, giving immediate access to important data. This is supplied together with confirmation signatures from both the driver and weighbridge operator.
