## What is Tippy?

Tippy is the innovative Bluetooth technology smart pad equipped with a sensor which, applied on top of your child’s car seat, enables you to detect his presence, preventing the risk of forgetting him inside the car.

FEATURES

1.	It alerts parents with a notification (audible alarm) on their smartphone in the event that they move away leaving their child inside the car
2.	In case of non-response, it enables you to send an SMS to preset telephone numbers indicating the geographical coordinates of the car, creating a real rescue network

Tippy is not meant to replace adult supervision of children. It should also be noted that neither this application nor the connected device could be considered or understood by the User as a safety system. ### 3/5 — App. non funzionante

Salve a tutti ,a me da qualche mese l’app non funziona più vi spiego. All’inizio appena mia figlia si sedeva mi suonava subito l’app. e mi segnalava la presenza del bambino adesso invece c’è la connessione al telefono appena entro in macchina ma non suona più e non rileva la bambina quando è seduta. Ho già controllato la batteria ma è carica non capisco se è un problema dell’app o del dispositivo premetto che le notifiche sull’app sono attive. Qualcuno mi sa da dare delucidazioni a tal proposito? Grazie

Il dispositivo funziona bene e rientra nelle richieste della normativa...solo che ultimamente avendo un secondo dispositivo in un altra auto sto avendo problemi con il collegamento del dispositivo il bambino risulta seduto sempre e non mi arriva nessuna notifica...mentre nella seconda auto funziona benissimo...cosa mi consigliate di fare?!

Abbiamo un bambino di 2 settimane che pesa 3,5 kg circa. Metà delle volte l’app è connessa ma non rileva la presenza del bambino. È vero che non ci dimenticheremmo mai nostro figlio, inoltre con l’aumento del peso la rilevazione sarà certamente più facile, però così non si possono definire l’applicazione è il dispositivo affidabili al 100%.. ci riserveremo di aggiornare la recensione più avanti.

Di funzionare funziona entro i 3 metri. Unico “bug” che mi e capitato fino ad ora è nel momento in cui ci sono entrambi i genitori in auto e uno scende, suona e invia o messaggi prima di associarsi all’altro smartphone.

Il prodotto di per se’ funziona bene, ma ha una grave lacuna....essendo i genitori normalmente due, può capitare, a me spesso, di dover caricare i figli in macchina , ma poi è mia moglie ad andar via...ecco il dispositivo suona sempre a me nonostante tutti e due i telefoni siano registrati con il dispositivo. Questo è veramente fastidioso, come anche se siamo tutti e due in macchina e devo scendere a prendere qualcosa...non è che ho abbandonato mia figlia in macchina!!, tanto più che c’è anche mia moglie con loro...
Magari un piccolo ritardo nell’allarme sarebbe comunque gradito....
Ringrazio comunque il servizio assistenza per la pronta e puntuale risposta .

Per funzionare, funziona obiettivamente bene. Non ho mai avuto problemi nell’utilizzo. L’unico appunto, aggiornerei l’app permettendo di selezionare quando inviare l’avviso di bambino sconnesso (se subito o dopo qualche minuto). Questa funzione è stata infatti implementata da un dispositivo della concorrenza. In poche parole, anziché suonare subito appena perde la connessione, sarebbe utile che suonasse 3 minuti dopo. Questo eviterebbe di far suonare l’allarme di continuo quando ad esempio si scarica la spesa o si lascia l’ovetto all’ingresso per pochi secondi scaricando la macchina. Implementare la funzione sarebbe davvero semplice e toglierebbe questo fastidio che si verifica quotidianamente. Se ci fosse anche questa opzione sarebbe da 5 stelle.

Negativo: a volte scatta anche senza che il bimbo sia seduto e partono i messaggi di allarme

Sono nonno di due nipoti sarebbe impossibile per me dimenticarli in auto , comunque il mio pensiero va a quel genere di nonni che non hanno smartphone o dimestichezza di App ed altre diavolerie tecnologiche

Lato HW il dispositivo funziona correttamente, ma secondo me dovrebbe essere migliorata la App.
Personalmente trovo i seguenti difetti:
- UI/Interfaccia migliorabile;
- Il dispositivo può essere connesso ad un solo smartphone. Ma l’antiabbandono va usato anche durante i primi mesi del bimbo, dove si utilizza un solo seggiolino che può essere utilizzato da un solo genitore;
- Le suonerie utilizzabili sono poche.

Non credo sia proprio così sicuro, in quanto se il cellulare resta inavvertitamente in macchina il sistema non rileva nulla.. era meglio avere due poggia sedili .. uno anche per il guidatore, in modo tale che il sistema può così rilevare l’allontanamento del genitore o chi per esso... 
o sbaglio?
