First it wouldn’t send me my one time password to log in. Then I couldn’t connect a bank account. Now I am unable to cash out my tips and I’d like to do so, so that I can delete the app. Support takes forever to get back to you, if they even bother. You have to hound them. I won’t let them keep my tips, which is probably what they’re hoping for. Scam vibes for sure.
