Dann stellen vielleicht weniger Leute ihre alten Kühlschränke und Matratzen auf die Straße. ### 1/5 — Account ohne Vorwarnung gesperrt *2026-04-02* Mein Account wurde ohne Vorwarnung und Grund plötzlich gesperrt. Scheint (zumindest hier in Berlin) fest in der Hand von einer Gruppe gewerblicher Anbieter zu sein, die sich absprechen, Preise hoch treiben für Abholungen meist dann doch zusammen auftauchen unfassbar Geld bar wollen nicht über die APP Zahlungsfunktion **Developer response:** Hi! Vielen Dank! ### 2/5 — Can get the job done, unreliable helper and poor support *2025-08-07, version 4.75.0* Easy to list and quick to receive bits from helper. Poor pick up experience and platform operations. Both paid pick up I arranged to dispose large items were very delayed, poor communication from helper. I also had one no show that was a complete waste of my time. Support was only available every couple of hours providing unhelpful responses. Current no better alternative of my knowledge, would switch if there’s one. ### 3/5 — App Funktioniert nicht *2025-07-03* Am Anfang hat die App sehr gut funktioniert dann wurde später mein Konto gesperrt, hab den auch eine E-Mail gesendet und keine antwort bekommen, habe auch versuch neuen Konto zu erstellen ging auch nicht wegen die Bankverbindung. Wir danken Ihnen! ### 1/5 — Helpers not reliable *2025-06-05, version 4.73.0* Booked a move and deliver in a day advance. On the day of collection sent reminder 3 times to helper before collection at 30 minutes interval. On the time of collection, helper messages that he will come in another hour. After and hour waiting helper cancelled the collection without notice. This issue is recurring with Tiptapp. They should put heavy penalties to helper for cancellation. I had to travel to collection address and waited there for more than 2 hours and all efforts goes to waste. Tiptapp should either ban the helpers or should penalties the helpers for last minute cancellation. ### 1/5 — Leider schlecht geworden *2025-05-03* Ich habe tipptapp viel genutzt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Seit neuestem muss ein Inserat erst überprüft werden bevor sich Helfer bewerben können. Das hat nun nichts mehr mit Soforthilfe zu tun, weil man über Stunden warten muss. Für mich ist der Sinn dieser App damit verloren gegangen und ich werde sie nicht mehr nutzen.
