## What is Tipti?

Our digital platform allows the user to order from their mobile device or web access the shopping list of their groceries and household items.
Tipti will receive the orders and send them to its network of specialized buyers and distributors that it has distributed throughout the city according to the location of the home address or delivery site chosen by the user.

Not tourist friendly at all.. the payment verification system is slow.. and inconvenient. if you want something delivered quickly and efficiently you are better off going and shopping yourself!

The app always has problems and is very frustrating to use. The service provided by the shoppers and deliveries is great. But the developers really need to spend more time to fix the app.

Hasta 15 notificaciones diarias en push. Constante interrupción. Es abusivo y no permite apagar. Si apago las notificaciones para el app no sirve ya que depende de interacción con el mismo. Se abusan de eso para enviar constantes promociones. DEMASIADO invasivo. Tengo apagado notificaciones por promociones y aún así.

Hola, me gustaría saber si en un futuro corto pudieran consolidar más tiendas en la ciudad de Quevedo dentro de la aplicación (Supermaxi, Aki y Megamaxi) al igual que en Quito. Es de gran ayuda para poder enviar compras a nuestras familias desde el exterior.

Absolutely terrible UI littered with rubbish and very slow. They also spam you with 5-10 promo notifications every day, it’s relentless. Only option is to turn them off natively on your phone but then you won’t get notifications related to your shopping. Very stupid design.

Muy lento! Esperé casi 3-4 horas para que me llegue el pedido. No puede ser que cueste 5 USD de costó de envío más comisión de la compra. El envío debería ser mucho más rápido!

Haber, si pido algo y no lo tienen disponible, no tienen l opción de comprar en efectivo así me ahorro la mesita de que pague demás por que re cobran al inicio de la transacción el valor total sin saber si existe en stock los producto. Luego te dan una nota de crédito de la misma app pero te cobra. 5$ de envío y ahí ya pediste todo, es una estafa.

Pesima experiencia de usuario. Los pedidos se boquean porque necestian CTA pero nadie te avisa. Te dice que el repartidor esta en camino pero realmente no lo esta y esta en otra etapa del proceso. Escribes por Whatsapp a soporte, dicen que en 10 min te atienden y no pasa nada despues de 20 min. Resultado: toda la mañana esperando un pedido que debia llegar en 2 horas.

I usually use a different app but tried this one today. The delivery time and customer service was absolutely HORRENDOUS, and the fees on there makes using the app extremely unappealing. Hopefully they'll at least have a change of language settings on there soon as well.
