I scan the QR code and move onto the next step, but it never loads.

Does notUnderstand the size of your screen. Image is cropped on the right and the bottom; huge amount of unused white space below cropping point. Clearly designed for one particular screen size. 

Appears to just use Safari; I use Safari instead.
