The app is easy to use, offers a huge selection of authentic beauty products, and the delivery is always quick with secure packaging. One of the things I love the most is the rewards program. Out of 5 items in my order, only one item was incorrect. It may have been worth only around ₹100, but that’s not the point. I ordered it because I wanted that specific product, and what I received was incomplete. After raising the support request, I was asked to share clear images. I promptly did so. Then another representative emailed asking for the same images again. I shared them again. This happened repeatedly with different representatives, and in total I sent the requested images around five times. What is most frustrating is that it feels like none of my emails were ever read. Every response looked like a generic template asking for the same information I had already provided multiple times. Despite repeatedly complying with every request, I then received an email stating that my return request was invalid, without addressing any of the evidence I had already shared. To make matters worse, I received the same rejection email again the following day. This is not about ₹100. It is about the complete lack of attention given to a genuine customer concern. The entire process becomes a headache because customers are forced to constantly send emails and explain themselves just to be heard. They confidently claim that every order goes through “quality checks,” but that clearly isn’t true. If proper quality checks were actually being done, customers wouldn’t be receiving incorrect, incomplete or expired products in the first place. I faced this multiple times in the beginning, which is why I stopped using the app for a while and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now Tira has become such a huge company, and despite that, their inconsiderate treatment of customers has remained completely consistent. I didn’t deliver order when I placed the order. Got shipped out for delivery came but not have called us, but the product has gone to its origin like after 3 to 4 times of trying to deliver, but they never contacted us, and I have approached them like why did they have contacted me, and you know the customer service for the worst worst and worst? Because they say the same thing again and again that they will try to make you order come to you, but they would do nothing, and if you guys do a prepaid, the money will not be returned soon. It will take time to so instead of ordering in TIRA, wasting your time, ordering my card, Myntra, and some other app. Don’t waste your time here like it’s been like five days since I have ordered. It’s a prepaid. It’s like a huge amount for me, but they didn’t even pack the product and I have am asking. Why did you guys not what is happening in all they have replied this. I had to contact customer service myself, and I was told to make the purchase through the website instead and to write a separate email if the problem happens again. It is frustrating that even after reporting an issue through the app’s support section, the customer still has to chase updates and find workarounds on their own.
