## What is Tismo?

We help you refund the train tickets in case of delays above 15 minutes. ONLY BELGIUM for now...

You just have to introduce the origin and destination stations as well as the ID of the train you take.
Do not forget to declare your train ticket available for the respective days.

We take care of everything else :)

To declare and save the tickets used during the travel, easiest is to upload a screenshot. So take a screenshot of the ticket from the SNCB/NMBS application and upload the screenshot into Tismo app.
