But my neu coins got blocked I requested Customer service team to unblock mu Neu Coins but no one was able to provide any solution instead of that informing to use new neu coins or wait for 24 hours, when I connected after 5 days same baseless response. Kindly request all of you do not use this platform as no customer service executive is having problem solving capability ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2026-04-03* I had ordered power spects from titan eye+ on 29th March and it showed an ETA of 31st March, the order is in processing state and there is no update from the same, I tried reaching out to customer care on 2nd April, they picked up, listened to the problem and disconnected the call, I tried again on 3rd April, they asked me to wait for 2 business days for them to get back with an update on what is happening, not deliver the product, since it is a Friday, so basically 4 days to come back on the status and then they will see by when they can resolve the matter, my existing glasses are broken and it’s already been a week of me without my glasses, I’m having serious headache and watering eye but they seem to not care about it ### 1/5 — App stuck in splash screen (loading screen) *2026-02-01* After login in app no details where showing, so when closed and reopen app, it stuck in loading screen not moving to main screen. This happened only after logging in. (Iphone 15, IoS 26) ### 1/5 — Very disappointing experience with Titan Eye Plus. *2026-01-28* I ordered an eye frame, but it was never delivered to me or my neighbors. Shockingly, the order status was marked as “Delivered.” I contacted customer support the very next day. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked to wait. After several follow-ups, I was finally told that since I didn’t contact them within 24 hours, they can’t help — even though I followed all their instructions and delays were from their end. This shows poor customer support and zero accountability. I did not expect this kind of service from a brand like Titan. I would not recommend ordering online from Titan Eye Plus. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t open *2026-01-12* The app doesn’t even loads properly, it never opens, it just keep stuck on the loading screen! After a few days found frame screws getting loose. The nuts were retightened but the problem persisted. On approaching the Store Manager about the problem and expressing my disappointment, she immediately took decisive action and renewed the frames. I was very impressed by the excellent after sales service by all the staff and assistance provided by all of them. I would especially like to commend Mrs. Nethravathi, Mr. Raju and Mr. Shahjahan for their assistance. My wife too purchased new frames and glasses. And we will certainly be returning in the future for other requirements.
