Titan EyeX is an eyewear frame with built-in Bluetooth audio for the call, voice assistants (Google, Siri, and Alexa) and music. It is an open ear frame where directional audio is fired from its interchangeable temples to the user’s ear. The user can make/take phone calls, listen to music and talk to voice assistants while still able to hear the world around her/him. The device comes with Bluetooth 5.0 device with dual mode classic and BLE connections to phone. The classic connection supports wide-band high-quality audio for Call, Music and Voice assistant functions. The BLE supports data communication with the connected phone for pedometer data, phone remote functions (call reject, call mute, music control, find-phone and camera selfie control). The switchable temples communicate with each other without wires by using Bluetooth True Wireless (TWS) technology. The device has a range of 30+ft to the phone. The salesmen at the Titan showroom did not take enough time or make efforts to educate me about the all the do’s and not to do. Disappointed because it’s Titan, I expect better code of conduct. My glasses have come today, I have spent 30k and I’m not happy with my purchase. Let’s see what Titan does about it. I hope it holds up its reputation and honors the customer satisfaction commitment.
