The salesmen at the Titan showroom did not take enough time or make efforts to educate me about the all the do’s and not to do. Disappointed because it’s Titan, I expect better code of conduct. My glasses have come today, I have spent 30k and I’m not happy with my purchase. Let’s see what Titan does about it. I hope it holds up its reputation and honors the customer satisfaction commitment. Most of you would have found it tough to connect the device with the phone, plz go to your dealer and ask them for help, as it is a bit complicated to pair it initially. If we want to connect to other divice we have to reset frame which is inconvenience. Second update showing CVC update failed. If we accept it again glasses are going into reset.
