### 3/5 — Auto payment needs work

*2023-02-02, version 2.04*

The auto pay is not auto paying. And I cant add two kids one time payment to one shopping cart. I have to do one and then the other. Very irksome.
But convenient to pay online. Just wish it worked better.

### 4/5 — Generally good, better than most

*2022-12-05, version 2.04*

Definitely an improvement over the other vendor our school district used until this year. Adding money is, of course, the easiest process. I wish it were a little less complicated to see the meal purchases by each child, and that I could save a favorite for showing the day’s lunch menu.

### 3/5 — Keep me logged in

*2022-11-17, version 2.04*

I like the app but it would be nice if the app kept me logged in, instead of me having to log in each time I check the balance or add funds.

### 4/5 — Fee

*2022-10-06, version 2.04*

There should not be a fee, for us to use the app and not have to send money or checks to school not only saves the staff time, but they don’t have to pay an employee for to have to go to the bank and deposit and wait for money to clear, using a debit card the fee should be waived.

2.60 is a lot when you have 3 kids you have to put money in an account for you kid to eat. Especially when you are right on the cut of them getting free or reduced lunch.

### 2/5 — Frustrating. Needs update.

*2022-09-21, version 2.04*

Does the basic function, can add funds to kids school lunch account. Adds photo to each kid’s account, nice to have.
Sends reminders when low on account? Or out? Or negative? Nope, but says it does.
Tap for some settings and the popup is half off the screen with no way to read it.
This app has been sorely neglected.

### 4/5 — Easy app to use

*2022-09-19, version 2.04*

Titan is easy to navigate and convenient for putting money on my kid’s accounts, I just wish there wasn’t a fee to put money in the accounts every time.

### 3/5 — Problems with Notifications

*2022-09-01, version 2.04*

So far it’s working decently well. My big complaint is that when I click on a notification document to open it, there is no way to close the notification when I’m done reading it—there’s no back arrow or “x” to take me back to the home screen! The only way I can get back into the main part of the app is to close the whole app and open it up and login again! Very frustrating. Please make a way to easily close out of the notifications and return to the home/previous screen. Another problem with the notifications is that you can’t read the full titles. It’s like the pop-up window listing all the unread notifications is too wide for the app and so the entire left half of the notifications window/screen gets cut off. I have an iPhone 13 and am running the most recent iOS.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t remember me after only 2 days!

*2022-08-04, version 2.04*

I tried to log in but it says email or password is incorrect. I’ve only had this account for 2 days! I know for a fact my info is correct. Nonetheless I went ahead and did “forgot password “ two times now and still have yet to receive an email. Tried to sign up again and it says email already exists. It would be nice if there was an option to at least save the email so it doesn’t have to be typed EVERY SINGLE TIME.

### 4/5 — Fast, Convenient and Expensive

*2022-03-16, version 2.04*

I love the availability to go in anytime I need to to add money. However the $25 requirement for each child is expensive. Especially when if you’re on a budget and you need to split let’s say $40 between two children. You can’t split it evenly between them.

I don’t like the minimum requirement of $25 for one account it should be lowered. Otherwise parents need to have another option to pay on their child’s lunch account.

### 4/5 — Maintenance

*2022-01-11, version 2.04*

Can you please not do scheduled maintenance during school hours? If you need to, can an email be sent out in advance? Also, is there a way to get alerts when account is low?

### 4/5 — Processing fee

*2021-09-26, version 2.04*

Like the app but a $2.00 fee every time you deposit money in seems high. Why doesn’t the school have their own way of handling this like they use to? We use to pay the school for lunches and no fee incurred.

### 3/5 — Where did the calendar go??

*2021-08-24, version 2.04*

When I first downloaded this app a couple weeks ago, I could see a weeks worth of dates when checking the menu. Now it is gone, looking like the page is loading incorrectly. Also, how can there be a K-8 AND a middle school option for the same school? Confusing! Which one is ours? I have a 7th grader and a 1st grader going to a K-8. Do they have different options each day?? I feel as in the dark as I would’ve not having access to the menu at all!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is broken

*2022-08-31, version 2.04*

This application is useless. According to my child's school I should have been able to upload funds since August 15th. There is still no option to load money until August 31st. Whoever the developers are need to take note and just stop creating while they are ahead.

### 1/5 — Worst

*2022-08-16, version 2.04*

Literally spent 30 minutes trying to post payment today for my daughter‘s lunch account every time I get an error. Huge waste of my time and still no way to get money for my daughters lunch. What a waste of money for the school and all the ridiculous fees they charge. 😡

### 1/5 — Not working - 0 stars

*2022-07-08, version 2.04*

I’ve had to make 2 accounts with my email and my husbands because it’s not working. After I finish signing up, I’m told to go back and log in then it tells me my email or password is invalid! I think it’s supposed to send me an email to verify my account so something but I haven’t gotten any not even in my spam or junk inboxes. I’ll try and reset my password. It says to check my inbox but again no email. I’ll try and make another account thinking I did something wrong but then it tells me I already have an account with both the emails. Idk what to do, can someone fix this or tell me what I’m doing wrong

### 1/5 — Frustrating to use

*2021-10-28, version 2.04*

It’s mind-boggling to have a menu when you cannot see the DATE the menu applies to. I have no idea which day the menu I am looking at is being served, which defeats the purpose of even having a menu. It’s also not an option to look at it in a calendar format so you basically just cannot use the menu with any reliability. Also, it’s nice that I can see what purchases each of my children have made but again, there is no date for when they made those purchases. Please fix this!!!!

### 1/5 — Not clear!

*2021-09-24, version 2.04*

We started using this app this school year and it’s definitely in need of some updates. To log in, there is no option to save your password. When navigating the lunch menu, it doesn’t tell me what day I’m looking at, so I have to keep track in my head how many times I’ve arrowed forward from the day it opened to, and there is no option to view multiple days at once (ie in a calendar format). I usually have to log onto the website to view things that way, but that is also lacking.

### 1/5 — No weekly/monthly menu on app

*2021-08-23, version 2.04*

Our school system just switched over to the system. I have not needed to load money on my children’s accounts so I can’t review that part. However, on the app there is no way to see the breakfast/lunch menu for the whole month. It doesn’t even show what day I’m looking at, so I have to assume it is for the current day. How inconvenient for families who plan lunches for the week or month to have to check it every day the morning of. Link a pdf to the monthly menu for the app.

### 1/5 — Lunch menus

*2021-08-19, version 2.04*

Could not be any worse! I only want a simple, monthly or weekly lunch menu. The app makes it difficult to see which day of the menu is on screen.
Instead I get a spread sheet of 5 categories and nutritional info that could be better served on its own app.
Most parents don’t have 5 minutes to navigate to simply see what their child is being served for lunch. Dumb it down a little with a simple pdf of the months menu.
It worked just fine the last 40 years. No reason to make this so difficult.
My only hope is that our school systems aren’t paying to use this service.
I’ll go back to having the school send me a monthly email of what’s for lunch.
It goes right on the fridge, and I’m not fumbling through a login and 4 screens
It could easily add a simple pdf of the months menus.

### 1/5 — Unethical, Shady Company

*2020-10-13, version 2.04*

I have a Titan account for 3 of my kids. 2 of them just finished middle school and so I had to set up HS accts for them in the same Titan app. They will not allow me to transfer the funds that I ALREADY PAID THE STUPID FEES for into their HS accts-for the same kids. I know it’s $2.60 each but to me it’s a matter of principles and ethics. They are making DOUBLE profits from kids who need to eat lunch. I hate companies like this. I am going to complain to the school and BBB. Sound trivial? How many other families are they taking advantage of this way? Literally thousands.

### 1/5 — Titan

*2020-02-06, version 1.1.0*

One of the worst app on the market. It’s always down or it doesn’t connect. Initially I couldn’t even add money under 2 of my 3 children account. I have to change the password almost every time I want to log in. And we have to trust them with our credit card information. Unfortunately this is what our school district uses but I would not recommend it to anyone.

### 1/5 — Won’t let me login

*2019-08-16, version 1.1.0*

Well I used this app all last year for my child but this year the app isn’t working. It starts to load once I enter the information and then it just spins and spins until it takes me back to the login screen all over again. Please fix this issue. This was the easiest method to add funds for my child.

### 5/5 — Great Convenience as Lunch $ Added to Kids’ Accounts is Immediate

*2023-05-09*

With three teens 16 months apart, two young men and a daughter, each with different appetites and individual preferences for food, Titan makes it convenient to add money when their lunch funds run low or belo. The great news is that the money is instantly accessible to my children; however, they don't always need additional funds at the same time and the fee is the same whether I sdf to one or all three of my teens’ accounts. I would encourage Titan to raise the minimum deposit of $100 to $200 or $250. As a parent, I’d much rather be able to deposit movies based on the needs of my kids all at once.
Thanks! Please take this into consideration.

### 5/5 — Good

*2023-01-10, version 2.04*

Good app to put money on your kids lunch note you see what they eat with the menu .

### 5/5 — Super easy

*2022-11-17, version 2.04*

The app makes it super easy for me to add money to my child’s lunch account. Quick and easy to navigate.

### 5/5 — Easy to use app

*2022-11-16, version 2.04*

Paying for my kids lunches and transferring money has never been so easy. I don’t mind paying a tiny fee when it is so easy. Thank you Titan!

### 5/5 — Easy!

*2022-11-02, version 2.04*

User friendly! Quick and efficient!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2022-10-28, version 2.04*

Easy fast great app makes adding money super quick for my kids

### 5/5 — Service fee

*2022-09-12, version 2.04*

What are my other options? I can pay in cash yet required to pay with card and have to pay a processing fee.

### 5/5 — Quick & Easy

*2022-09-08, version 2.04*

So simple and quick to check lunch balances and add funds I can do it all less then one minute with email for verification and receipt!

### 5/5 — Confusing

*2022-08-03, version 2.04*

I’m not an idiot with apps or phones and I seriously cannot find how to add money to your child’s lunch account. I’ve clicked on every button possible and it’s not there. This should be the easiest buttons to find considering that’s what the app is for. It needs to be added to the plus sign in the corner to make it easier to find.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2022-01-26, version 2.04*

Love the reminder to add money to accounts & can add money to multiple accounts at one time
