Worst ELD GPS tracking ever.. We have a fleet of 15 trucks.. Every driver complained constantly about app not connecting or not disconnecting.. always having to make changes when certifying logs.. problems with DOT Hours of service violations that were not correct but recorded by this crappy App… no support from company.. horrible experience all together… waste of time and money…

Keeps crashing when I try to certify pretty much anything that needs to be certified. Would be cool if something could be done about this. I am required to have this app for work. Wish I didn’t tho. I would delete this garbage from my life in an instant

the app is horribly glitchy ! constantly having to babysit the app when working, seems i correct the app more than i drive my vehicle, if this is what DOT accepts as an approved app, then this is a made for DOT revenue collection (cash grab) and they know it too! fix it or your costing people alot of money in tickets to pay for the dot christmas ball!!!

When I first started using the app, if I stopped for more than 5 minutes it would automatically go into “on duty”, I did the first system update after using the app and I look at my log, and it shows I have been driving for 9 hours straight. Every other E-log system will go to on duty if parked for x-amount of time. 

So far I’m not overly impressed with the app. Seems that no matter how often you bring up any issues, nothing gets fixed. I, as of right now, suggest going with peoplenet or Qualcomm for an E-log system.
