## What is Titan InvoiceFlow?

Titan InvoiceFlow is a quote-to-invoice workspace for small service businesses. It closes the gap between finishing a job and getting paid for it, without a trip back to the office.

QUOTE ON SITE
Build a quotation in front of the customer from your own catalogue of labour, call-out fees and stock. Prices, units and VAT are applied automatically, so the number you show is the number you bill. Capture the customer's acceptance and signature on the spot.

TURN ACCEPTED WORK INTO AN INVOICE
An accepted quote converts to an invoice in one step, carrying every line across so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost. Produce a clean PDF for printing or emailing.

TRACK WHAT YOU ARE OWED
Record full or partial payments against any invoice. Payments can be reversed, and the original record is retained for your audit trail. The Debtors view ages every account by due date, so overdue work is obvious at a glance, and any customer can be handed a printable statement.

SEE THE BUSINESS AT A GLANCE
The Overview shows sales for the month, payments received, what is still outstanding and what has gone overdue, alongside a six-month trend.

BUILT FOR HOW FIELD WORK ACTUALLY HAPPENS
Titan InvoiceFlow works fully offline. Sites with no signal are normal, so nothing depends on a connection. Optional Titan Cloud sync keeps a shared workspace current across iPhone, iPad and Mac when you want it, with roles for directors and field technicians.

Customer sign-off for completed work: capture the customer's acceptance right on the invoice - a drawn signature, or a name-only verbal confirmation - with the date and time recorded. Signed-off invoices show an acceptance banner, print a WORK ACCEPTANCE block on the PDF, and every sign-off is protected by the audit trail.

Also in this release: long invoices now export as a full-length PDF instead of clipping at one page, and signature capture supports VoiceOver.
