After 3 weeks I started reaching out to customer service asking where my order was and no response. After 2 months and 37 emails later I received my order. When I opened it I was missing multiple things and they sent me things I did not order. Since I’ve been using a number of apps and fitness apps specifically. I have learnt what is useful and what could be improved. The one thing it can definitely use is the sizing guide since every appears company is different and some people like to wear certain sizes. From the app to the website it would be nice to have the “Help” for FAQs, returns & exchanges, track order and privacy policy. The “Contact Info” for contact us and the ambassador login at the bottom of the website on the app. It would be nice to be able to have the regular sign in and the ambassador sign in together and you’re able to look at the your ambassador info from the app as well.
