It switches between dark and light mode based on which page you’re on, and half the info I’m used to looking at is nowhere to be found. We are better off investing our selves in ETFs with lower fees than Titan ### 1/5 — Drains Your Account With Fees – Stay Away *2025-09-05, version 671.0.2* I’ve been a Titan client for years and even referred others, but my entire account was drained by unjustified monthly fees. They charged me $25 per month on a balance of only a few hundred dollars—an outrageous percentage that made it impossible to ever build my account. When I asked for a refund of the fees ($225), they denied it and essentially forced me to close my account. Titan claims to be a financial advising service that helps clients grow wealth, but in reality, the fee structure punishes small investors and ensures your account gets wiped out. They don’t act in their clients’ best interest. If you’re considering this app, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of services that actually help you grow your money instead of draining it with excessive charges. ### 1/5 — Charged $25/mo for 8 months?? *2025-08-13, version 669.0.2* I was holding my money in Titan. I don’t monitor all my emails from them. Now I learn I’ve been paying $25/mo because I never selected a preference for the free plan??? In what world do I go from paying nothing for years to being charged $25/mo for the same exact thing? You should need to opt IN to something like that. I have been holding my money for years and now I essentially have nothing left in the app because of these fees. If they don’t refund me the money and let me withdraw it, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. ### 1/5 — They started charging me without authorization. *2025-08-05, version 669.0.2* I don't use this app often but i opened it today after a long time and what little balance i had was gone. I looked around to see that they had started deducting $25 monthly. So I was locked into a super low advisory fee. That all changed this year(2025) when they took that away and started charging a monthly fee. Couple that with the unknown burden of extra tax filing requirements depending on what bucket you invested in (think foreign tax, obtuse crypto CSVs, and waiting on K1 forms that arrive a week before tax filing deadlines). Customer support has been extremely unhelpful. As I’m writing this review, I’m logged out and can’t log back in as they’re experiencing a major issue. ### 2/5 — Fees for.. what? *2025-06-06, version 656.0.2* TL;DR - over 40 years if it performed the same as the S&P contributing $2,000 per month - you’d lose $500,000 in fees vs SPY The app is beautiful. I had been a Titan client from their very early stages. Even had a phone call with one of the folks at Titan on app design - the feature where you can hide your account amounts so you can demo to a friend. They genuinely do act on VoC But the fees are outrageous. I felt like I was just paying for a beautiful app and getting robbed by the fees. Especially when they aren’t consistently beating the S&P. It doesn’t make sense when you can get SPY for 0.09% or QQQ higher risk higher return for the same 0.2% expense ratio And those two ETFs don’t slap a $25 monthly fee either It adds up. Run an analysis on how much expense ratios impact gains over time. I will miss the interface and the emails but those aren’t positively impacting my portfolio and that’s all I am willing to pay for. ### 1/5 — Scam with high management and subscription fees *2025-04-23, version 644.0.2* Titan has consistently underperformed the market over the past 5 years. In addition, they charge high management fees and monthly subscription fees. You’re paying for marketing and are much better putting your money in simple Vanguard funds. I’d be shocked if this update wasn’t built with AI slop. ### 1/5 — MY LAST REVIEW WAS DELETED BY THEM, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND SAVE YOURSELF!!!!! *2026-06-20, version 703.0.0* THIS IS A BOTTOM 10% COMPANY (look into their numbers from 2021-2026 vs S&P500). I’m sooooo tired of the super rich people and corporations being able to control and dictate social media and their online image (including removing reviews and lying). Reviews should ALWAYS stay unless there’s profanity or something. Long story short, my dad, brother, best friend/roommate, and myself all decided to throw our savings into Titan in early 2021. Suffice to say that was a massive mistake. We are all up about 25%. Mind you, the s&p500 is up 89% since then. So instead of $100,000 being $189,000, it’s $127,000. For those of us getting old and either retired or approaching it, that’s a massive difference. This company noticeably missed multiple clear and obvious market shifts that were based on the then current world events. I’d bet 95% of financial advisors would’ve made a higher percentage than Titan has over the last 5-6 years, and that’s a massive red flag. A company that yields returns more than 75% lower than all other options is a horrible route to go. That’s this company. It’s a disgusting disgrace and should be illegal. I’ll stop ranting, and I’ll reiterate the point of my post/comment: DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY OR FINANCES!!!! 95% of other finance options will make you wayyyyyyyy more. 4% per year is soooooo weak, you’d get more in a money market with 0 risk. ### 1/5 — Scam company. I put my money away there and years later when I went to check they changed their fee structure (which I never agreed too!) and upon logging in my account now has a balance of $0. When I first used the app it was free and then they randomly changed their fee structure and forced me into that structure. THIS IS MESSED UP. I never agreed to that. Now they are telling me they can’t refund me. EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THEY 100% can.
