## What is TiTerra?

Our internal-use property management app is designed to streamline day-to-day operations and improve communication between tenants, contractors, and property managers.

Tenants can quickly and easily submit maintenance requests, attach photos or videos, and track the status of their issues in real time. They’ll receive updates when a contractor is assigned or work is scheduled, reducing back-and-forth and making the whole process more transparent.

Contractors use the app to receive jobs, upload progress updates, submit documentation, and mark tasks as complete. Everything is tracked and organized in one place, helping to keep jobs on schedule and ensure accountability.

Property managers have full oversight through the app, with the ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and communicate directly with both tenants and contractors. All interactions and updates are logged, creating a clear audit trail and making compliance reporting easy.

Whether managing a single unit or an entire portfolio, this app simplifies property management workflows and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
