The worst part is when I try to login in with my correct password, it says that my password is wrong, but if I go onto the browser website and sign in, I can login no problem. Even if i go to the technique category I dont see much videos teaching fundamentals to boxing. Not only that every video is out of order. Its very difficult to learn how to box when its super fast paced and how it just throws you right into it with no path to follow. Not only its not beginner friendly. They made it super difficult to cancel your subscription. 7 day trial becomes a 3 week waiting for them to cancel it while you get charged for the monthly without your control. ### 3/5 — Not beginner friendly *2025-01-05* Im giving it a 3/5 stars due to it not being beginner friendly. Booking a class however is the most difficult and painful process I’ve ever encountered from a gym. Half the time I can’t even sign in, when I can odds are the transaction will fail. I have never successfully used the app or the site to book a class. I always have to call the club and manually do it, wade through the phone menu until I get to a real person. This app is a glorified calendar right now. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2024-06-20, version 107.63* This app is so hard to navigate. I’m a member but it still doesn’t let me log in unless I log in as a first time member. Even then it still won’t let me book classes so I’ve had to called to book. Purchasing classes was broken for months as you’d just land on a page that said “Getting Checkout Info”. Accessing the Purchases or Credits pages usually takes you to the page to book classes instead. Sometimes you are randomly logged out. The last time I purchased classes through the app I was charged, but never received the class credits. I genuinely don’t know how they produced an app this bad. ### 1/5 — Worst app & Scam Service *2024-10-22, version 107.112* Purchased title on demand from the app and haven’t been able to cancel it in a year. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued because they charge your account but don’t show an option to cancel anywhere in the app. ### 1/5 — The WORST. APP. *2024-08-24* I have actually no idea how this app has such a high rating. It is absolutely AWFUL to operate. It will not let me buy credits, it is just an endless loading screen. When I type in my login info, it won’t let me login unless I directly choose a location FIRST before typing in my login. The billing info button does not work. The whole app just doesn’t work, there’s got to be something wrong with the software and linking. It’s awful to navigate and you literally can’t use it to book anything, which is the whole point of this stupid app. I would give 0 stars if possible. The class is very energetic, super engaging and efficiently productive!! I was sweaty and sore and smiling the entire time. Loved all 60 minutes. The staff is AMAZING. Very welcoming & happy to explain any questions. Noob here, happy to say I felt very comfortable and signed up for my first month! So glad I randomly walked into Title Boxing Club!!! Highly recommend! I’ve already got 4 people coming to my next class with me. If anything, just try it! The first class is free so what do you really have to lose?!
