Title Track is vehicle inventory and title-lifecycle management built for dealerships by people who buy, rebuild, and sell vehicles every day. Keep every vehicle in one place from acquisition through sale, with its title status, costs, photos, documents, and history connected to the same record. BUY Add a vehicle quickly. Scan or enter the VIN and retrieve available year, make, model, and vehicle details through the public NHTSA vehicle database. Record where you acquired it, the purchase price, fees, stock or lot number, and other costs. TRACK Move vehicles across the same stages your dealership uses: • Purchased • In Transit • Received • Teardown/Rebuild • Rebuild Inspection • Re-title Applied • Title Received • Sold See what is waiting on transportation, inspection, title work, or sale without searching through paper files. SCAN AND ORGANIZE DOCUMENTS Photograph or upload titles, bills of sale, inspection documents, and auction sheets. Title Track reads available text, looks for a VIN, VIN last six, or lot number, and suggests the matching vehicle. You review the match before attaching the document to the vehicle record.
