It’s all via text and after saying what I liked and didn’t like she made me outfits with items I didn’t like because they have a limited set of items to work with. Not good. Its pretty obvious from the first couple of uses that its just not worth what they are charging. They aren’t updating it. Sign up doesn’t clearly clarify what they’re overcharging you for and then no follow up information on your personal stylist that they charge you for. If you want to cancel you must go through the app itself. I found it to be misleading. I never even completed the profile. I realized it was still billing me once my bank notified me. I will be contacting my bank because I don’t trust that my account has actually been canceled. ### 1/5 — Disappointing & Completely A. I. *2026-03-22, version 2.1.21* These aren't "personal stylists" helping you. Everything is A.I. The articles are all A.I., evidenced by the fact that the captions often don't match the pictures. The "personal styling appointment" was just a 1/2-hr chat will an A.I.; nothing I couldn't have learned from ChatGPT. And since I had written down the wrong day that the month I'd paid for ended (on a heavy discount through Instagram, of course), there was no email reminding me that I was about to be charged again, so I ended up with an additional $69.99 charge that was non-refundable and a customer service exchange that amounted to, "Too bad, so sad." They count on you forgetting so they can charge you an exorbitant fee you can't get back. There is nothing in here you can't learn from internet articles and ChatGPT. Buyer beware. ### 3/5 — Dislike App Time Constraint *2026-03-19, version 2.1.21* I think the information is great and I am enjoying the material. The app is easy to navigate. I do not like that the app will only let the user do one set of lessons per day. If you have to miss a day, it extends the length of time you must maintain the subscription. They are paid reviews, and it is very obvious from the way they are written that they sound more like advertising for the company than a customer review. The app does not work. It is widely reported everywhere. It gives you an error, and you cannot proceed. It has been going on for months, and they keep charging your account. It is a total fraud and scam company. When I contact support they said my request went to their previous support platform but my app has no updates. Always had an issue when I tried to go into the app, even to delete it. But, after researching the outfits, it is much more economical to buy them directly from the manufacturer. After paying for the app and having style “credit” you still end up paying over retail for items. The app is difficult to navigate and often glitches. I am trying to return an item that doesn’t fit and I cannot do it from the app. I now have to waste time calling to get authorization. And I immediately shut out and cancelled my account. Since I have been dealing with emergency family health issues I have not noticed that they have been charging me since! It’s about 170 bucks worth of scam. Spoke to support and they told me they would credit me and I can purchase something from the store which is bull because I still need to pay double the amount.
