Unfortunately, I set it up to log in to my account automatically and now it crashes every time I try to open it. However, it keeps logging you out! (For updating?) Follett, please fix that. The ISBN's have to be exact apparently and I too have found inconsistencies with Follett's own books/ISBN's. Other than that it's awesome!! Can't wait to shop for books! ### 4/5 — An Excellent Start *2011-04-13, version 1.0* This is an app I've been waiting for. I am an elementary school library/media specialist and have used Titlewave for quite a few years. I've been impressed with Follett's commitment to using technology and innovation to increase the functionality of it's online services. This app is an excellent entry into the mobile marketplace. The interface with the iPhone 4 is slick, functional and even elegant. Integration with lists saved online, the ability to create new lists on the fly, to check whether individual titles are already in the collection or on a list and the amazing depth of easily accessible information on every book listed is very impressive. AR points, AR levels, Interest Levels, Reading Counts, Lexiles, Citations, all the major reviews...it's all there with a fast, intuitive touch or swipe. The ISBN Barcode scan feature of the search function is blazing fast. The downside? It's so fast it'll sometimes grab part of the code before you can center it, leading the null returns. Also, scanned searches are inconsistent, returning as many "sorry, no matches" as good results. Surprisingly, this even happens with Follett's own Follett Bound books. Overall, this app does not disappoint. And it gives me one more reason to play with my iPhone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to log in *2023-01-27, version 1.3* The app freezes and shuts down every time I try to log in. I am able to log in on their website with the same credentials. Reinstalled the app but not successful. ### 1/5 — Scan no more *2019-06-21, version 1.3* The camera doesn’t work on my new XS phone, so I used my old phone connected to the internet. I scanned about 50 books and only 1 was recognized 🙄 such a waste of time. It use to work with about 20% needing to be typed in, but now that 98% need to be typed in... it isn’t doing what it said it would. ### 1/5 — Barcode scanner no longer working *2019-02-14, version 1.3* I got a new iPhone and the barcode scanner no longer works in this app which is very disappointing. Now the camera/barcode scanner won’t work on the newest iPhones or iOS. That is what makes this app so handy! If I wanted to type titles, I would just do it on the website. I love how I can scan barcodes to add titles to my list. I used to snap pics of covers with my phone with the intention of putting a list together when I got back to school. Now I just pop them into a Follett list and my ordering is done!
