This is just feedback for the developers. This is a great app and I love that you can get points for free just for doing what we already love. But updates need a lot of work. I’m 12 hours into Hogwarts Legacy and it shows I’ve played only 28 minutes of a new title. Those 28 minutes were logged from destiny 2 which I’ve played an hour and a half of the 1 hour called for on the quest (also only showing 28 minutes complete). It’s been 2 weeks. The app looks and operates very well, the quests are fun to go after, and the TIV debit card that you receive in the mail is very high quality and has a sleek design and look to it. They are doing a great job at keeping up with updates and the customer service is top notch. If you play video games at all, you need to install this app and start making some money! ### 5/5 — Honest review *2023-01-24, version 1.3.3* If you’re looking for an honest review I tell it how it is. When I first downloaded this I was a little unsure because it’s like.. you really earn money from playing games? If so how does it track, can it be leaked etc. but after using it for about a month and a half not only is it super easy to earn money from games, but the customer service is amazing! You may have to wait a bit for a reply but they chat with you and it’s actually not a robot! I’ve earned about $45 so far from just playing an hour/2 hours of each game. The quests are super easy, “play mw2 for 2 hours/try a new game for an hour/play 50 hrs in a month/etc” if you don’t game a lot you may not earn much but if you’re a big gamer be prepared to earn quite a bit side money. The trick is play the quest games for best outcome. Was only going to use the account ever so often but I’ve found myself using it daily, hunting for those points and advancing. The rewards are very much real and quite easily attainable if you go for them. Join their discord! Great group of people. All around you can tell real gamers made this company with care to service other gamers. I’ve sent referrals codes out to my friends and they’ve joined too. It needs a lot more point gaining options then a few games they are being paid to rep for, I play 6-8 hours across 3 systems daily I play tons of games, and have logged hundreds of hours but because I can’t stand and won’t buy the games they are trying to rep for I can’t earn hardly any points, there is little to know room for growth without spending money on games and the boost level so it’s really not an effective free app. It’s a great idea but needs vast improvement ### 1/5 — Trash support *2023-06-26* Update on an old review. Back in may I was suddenly kicked out of Tiv. No face login so I entered a password and it wasn’t correct. Well I know I inputted it correctly but no matter I selected “forgot password” and….nothing. No email nothing to reset it after putting my info in. Tried to contact support via the apps app as they don’t have a direct to contact them if you get logged out. A month later and nothing. They responded a couple times. Didn’t resolve the issue. Then stopped doing anything. Garbage support. Their rewards are also very limited in option. I tried twice to reestablish contact for support and the only thing they’d say is “we’ working on it”. Unfortunately they don’t suppose PlayStation. It’s only Xbox an some pc applications. I just signed up and it disabled my virtual card. And not allowing me to invite anyone! Also I’ve msg them no one replies in the app and I’ve emailed them also. ### 2/5 — certain games over and over *2023-09-23* its the same games over and over. if you play apex, call of duty, overwatch2 or NBA this app is for you. if you are like me and dont play these games dont bother with this app. it is not worth your time and effort. as of sept 20 that i know of the missions are not finishing up i played gta for 3 hours of the 1 hour needed and three days later its not showing i played it. same goes with the hours played ### 2/5 — Bland *2023-09-16* I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now, and I barely have earned a 5$ coupon for GameStop. They give you the same tasks over and over and over again, there is no variety between games. Apex, CoD MW2, Overwatch 2, or NBA. That’s it. They don’t do quests for big game releases, they don’t tailor quests based on your game history. I give it 2 stars because though misleading about how much you can earn and by “playing your favorite games”, you can earn money through the app. You just have to work it as if it was a second job, and you’re getting far less than minimum wage, and you don’t get paid in cash cause your boss is cheap and pays only in gift cards. ### 2/5 — App is antiquated…. *2023-05-13* At least the iOS version that’s all I can say I try to enable push notifications. I verified that they were enabled on my phone for the app and the app did not recognize that they were enabled. I tried to link to Discord I have Discord installed and set up on my phone. All it did was loop back to the app. and then I find out if you really want to make any money off of this, you have to pay them. There is no doubt that the service is an absolute hustle. Don’t waste your time. Nothing in life is free. Companies like this thrive off of data, YOUR DATA.
