Your Virtual Assistant at Teamglobal Logistics. Teamglobal is a new age international logistics service provider registered in India. It is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company which strongly believes in implementing quality initiatives and driving innovation to enhance service levels and achieve customer delight. We are now digitally rewiring our technology platforms and TIVA is our first launch to provide a differentiated customer experience. TIVA will be your Virtual Assistant at Teamglobal who will enable you to Track Shipment Status, check Sailing Schedules and locate Agent details. TIVA provides a unique customer experience by offering information, literally at your finger tips. TIVA is intuitive and provides an easy to use interface whereby in few simple clicks, a user will be able to retrieve all required information without having to contact customer service.

TeamGlobal is happy to share the upgraded NATIVE version 2.0 of TIVA App with enhanced user experience and higher performance.

- The home screen now displays brochures / flyers for new services
- A new "Quote for the day" everyday to keep you going
- A new module called Road Bridge that will provide DAP / DDU & Ex-works rates based on pincodes in India. The quote will indicate door rates, customs & PLC charges plus applicable GST. The BOOK option will help you to make a booking and MAIL option will enable you to send a quote directly from the app. 
- The app will show customer specific live quotations for LCL & FCL segments. If no live quotations are available, the app will show preferred tariff. The rates retrieval is based on Origin & Destination combination and option to view and forward tariff by mail is also provided
- Each salesperson will be able to review business statistics and assess customer wise support from BI dashboard.
- Warehouse users will be able to print labels using Label printing option. A barcode will be printed at the bottom of each label. A reconciliation feature also provided that will help the warehouse supervisor to tally total count
