De plus essayer de connecter une enceinte équivaut à un jet de dés à chaque tentative, l’application parvient à coupler la wifi et l’enceinte une fois sur dix… Je trouve ça vraiment dommage ce manque de soin apporté à l’application quand on compare avec les enceintes Tivoli qui sont de bonne qualité et qui sont vendus à un prix élevé, quand on paye ce prix, on s’attend à ce que tout le système application-enceinte soit vraiment soigné. ### 1/5 — Basura no, peor. *2024-03-21* Es un reto configurarlo. ### 1/5 — MAJ février 2024 *2024-02-23* Pas de correction Réinstallation nécessaire Vidéo simple mais pas nécessaire car la notice est suffisamment explicite Bon appareil de diffusion FM et DAB avec belle qualité et design mais appli a jeter. SVP remettez en ligne la premiere version qui meme si imparfaite avait le mérite de fonctionner !!!! ### 2/5 — Excellent equipment horrible app *2024-02-21, version 1.4.1* It’s a shame that my marvelous bookshelf system is marred by this terrible app, lots of crashes, finicky connections, zero support for new features on our phones…wanted to love it but the experience left me wanting. ### 1/5 — App does not support Model One Digital Gen2 *2024-01-20, version 1.4.0* The radio’s quick start guide directs the owner to download this app. The app asks which radio you have, and includes Model One Digital Gen 2 in the list of options. But upon selecting that model, the user is informed that the app doesn’t support that model. Guess I will have to go with hard wire ### 1/5 — Außen hui… *2023-10-14* DAS ist die wohl größte Beleidigung eines auf höchste Audioqualität und starkes Design ausgerichteten Unternehmens, dass man seinen Kunden antun kann. Ich verstehe ja, dass Apps von kleinen chinesischen Unternehmen mit dem Google-Übersetzer lokalisiert werden. Aber man wird den Eindruck nicht los, Tivoli würde auf dem deutschen Markt kaum Umsatz machen. Kaum eine Seite ohne Schreibfehler (übrigens ohne Korrekturtendenz zwischen den Versionen, aber gepflegt wird dieses Ding hier ja sowieso nicht mehr). Eine Benutzerführung, die an die Programmierung von Lochkartengeräten erinnert, nichts, aber auch gar nichts ist problemlos nachvollziehbar, mitunter nicht einmal logisch. Das System ist instabil, die App stürzt gerne ab, Geräte verschwinden wie von Geisterhand, nur um plötzlich woanders wieder aufzutauchen, kaum eine Verwendung ohne Überraschungsfehler, was es aber weniger unterhaltsam als extrem nervig macht. Vielleicht wäre es schlauer gewesen, auf den bestehenden Grundlagen aufzubauen und guten Sound zu produzieren, das mit dem Technologietransfer hat m. E. Nicht gut geklappt. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-10-03, version 1.4.0* Hard to use, bad UX. Do not underestimate how important the app is to your system. This company does not get it. ### 1/5 — Basically doesn’t work *2023-07-22, version 1.4.0* I gave up on the app shortly after I bought the unit. I update it and try again from time to time but it never gets any better. The DAB radio function on the unit seems to have permanently malfunctioned. Apparently it can be made to work through the app, and I go through lots of steps and everything that is supposed to happen does happen except no sound comes out of the speakers. The instructions are either absent or incomprehensible. Radio Favoriten. Ich vermisse allerdings die Steuerung des Party Modus bei Einsatz mehrerer Tivoli Geräte über die App, das gab es doch vorher noch? Regards from all of us at Tivoli Audio ### 1/5 — Why does Tivoli allow such useless app ??? *2023-06-15, version 1.4.0* Despite consistent feedback which describes the app as 'useless' 'unacceptable' 'worse than useless' etc. then how come Tivoli do absolutely nothing about their unusable app? They obviously despise their customers . . . ### 1/5 — Tivoli fait des enceintes, pas des app… *2023-03-10* Cette app est une vraie plaie ! Comme le signale le commentaire précédent : cette app n’est pas du tout intuitive. Mais s’il n’y avait que cela… Les zones ne s’enregistrent pas : obligé de les paramétrer à chaque fois qu’une enceinte a l’alimentation coupée. Une fois les enceintes éteintes : idem. La gestion du compte deezer est ridiculement dépouillée des fonctions deezer !!! Mais surtout le lecteur rame tout le temps 😖Pourquoi ne pas laisser l’appli deezer (ou autre lecteur) faire le taf et envoyer le son aux enceintes ?!? Pourquoi obliger le passage par votre appli ? Tivoli sait faire du son mais pas des app. Faut faire quelque chose là ! 😓 ### 1/5 — App spoils an otherwise lovely audio experience *2023-03-09, version 1.4.0* I bought some 1st generation art cube speakers and a model cd to setup a stereo system for my mother. I’m beginning to regret my purchase because the art app used to connect them all and play music is terrible. It took many attempts to connect my devices to my wifi network via the app and it constantly forgets devices connected to the zone I have already set up. Add to this the only seamless way to stream music is via Spotify. The app is virtually useless for any other music streaming services if you are using first generation Tivoli products. It’s such a shame but I don’t think I can recommend Tivoli audio products to anyone unless there are drastic improvements to the app. ### 1/5 — Awful! *2023-02-01, version 1.4.0* So disappointed in this. Rarely do any of the Apple productions I own connect to Tivoli. When they do I am amazed! ### 1/5 — Why…. *2024-06-07, version 1.4.1* We brought the basic model one for beside the bed and my wife loves it. Click to turn on, turn knob for volume. Sounds good. So we decided to buy the digital one with a cube for the kitchen. What a disaster. The app is extremely difficult to use but I finally managed to get both set up. I was hoping once they were set up together we’d be able to turn on with the unit and when changing the volume it would change both the unit and the cube which I set to being left and right. Nope. To keep them in sink you have to use the app which is probably the worst app I have ever used. Don’t understand why a company would make high end systems and not make sure the app is just as high end. Not someone like Apple so I guess you can see who is successful and who is not. Whilst it looks nice on the living room shelve it’s useless. I think I’ll give up and replace it with a system that works…. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Funziona! *2020-11-07* Utilissima ### 5/5 — Early Days Yet, but.. *2020-09-19, version 1.1.1* I just bought a Model One Digital and three Orb speakers, so I will submit a more complete review at a later date, but I wanted to write this review because I actually love the app. The setup was fairly easy, and I absolutely love the sound - the fact that app settings transfer from iPhone to iPad seamlessly is outstanding. Adding a new speaker to the setup took less than two minutes. I was able to setup my favourite internet radio stations and podcasts and save them in the app, create two zones (one in the bedroom, and another in my sitting/reading room), switch from one to the other seamlessly. I absolutely love the ease of use. Don’t believe some of the reviews here, stating the app is not functional - it is a powerful app that does a lot more than many other big brand wireless speakers I’ve handled. I gave the review four stars because: 1- from time to time, Spotify streaming stalls, and almost seems forced. Even downloaded songs, ie, not dependent on wifi connection, will stop and lag midway through play. This is not a common issue, but it is there from time to time; 2- there is no sleep timer in the app. I like to play internet radio, and set up a sleep timer, so the music could stop at a certain time. The app doesn’t have that functionality in its core functions, but fortunately, I’m able to do this via the TuneIn app, which means I connect to the speaker via Bluetooth, as opposed to Wifi. Would be nice to have a sleep timer in future versions; and 3- the app crashes when I click on the FM radio tab and try to move the funky looking dial to a new frequency. Not sure what this is about, and it’s not enough to make me unhappy (I just avoid clicking on this), but would be cool to be able to use this setting in the future. ### 5/5 — Radio radio *2020-03-20, version 1.1.1* Love it back to your roots with more radio functionality. The new steaming control is awesome and I can listen to triple M footy which I can’t on my other hi res streaming brand so where I use in the office, kitchen and man cave I am a happy man. ### 5/5 — This is a great improvement over prior app *2019-11-04* I am using this app with the Tivoli Music System Home, and it is working flawlessly. And the System finds the Bluetooth connection very quickly. Connecting to my Tivoli Cube through Wi-Fi was so easy.
