I have not gotten one notification while on the stupid waitlist and autopay failed on their end **Developer response:** Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you haven’t enjoyed the app so far. Waitlist notifications should be sent to you by push notification and email if a ticket that matches your preferences becomes available. If other tickets are listed, you can also buy them as they appear on the event in the app. We’d love the opportunity to investigate your auto-pay setup to see what might have happened and assist. These are just another shark in the concert waters. *2026-06-22* Convoluted process. Incorrect wording of instructions prevented me from selling previous tickets last year, and given excuses as to why they weren’t accepted and that proved to be incorrect as well. Recently I noticed that once ignoring their incorrect instructions I had success. I note that incorrect instructions are still in evidence from last year and have not been corrected. **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share this - any process that leaves you confused or unsuccessful isn't the experience we want any fan to have. Last year, I got tickets to THREE sold out shows I was killing for. AND I managed to get alllll three shows either floor tickets OR incredible seats. AND. ANNNND. Alll three shows at cheap fair prices. NOT overblown prices like other “genuine resellers”. I absolutely love tixel. Thanks guys!
