## What is Tiyga?

TIYGA is designed for individual consumers to keep a digital diary of factors that influence their health. This includes a unique one touch activity diary, health diary, observations and rating scales. Users can choose their own tracking profile depending on what they want to track, for example if they are healthy and working and want to maintain good health or if they have a specific focus for their diary (e.g. abdominal pain, fibromyalgia, expecting a baby). Users can see charts of variation over time and create pdf reports. Data is for your own use, not shared or monitored by anyone. This suits people who habitually track health variables independently.
