IMPORTANT — please read before testing: In build 6 we removed the audio and voip background modes as requested in the previous review. This broke the app's core function: the Twilio Voice SDK could no longer establish a connection and no outgoing call could be placed at all. Version 1.0.1, currently live on the App Store, is unusable for this reason. Tizy is a VoIP calling app whose only purpose is placing phone calls. The audio background mode is required so an ongoing call keeps running when the user leaves the app or locks the screen, exactly as the native Phone app does. You can verify this directly: place a call with the demo account, return to the Home Screen, and the call continues with audio. We are happy to provide a screen recording if needed.
