Unfortunately, the app has stopped working properly. I’ve been using my TJ Maxx credit card through the app for about two years without any issues, but for the past month I haven’t been able to sign in or access the “Pay My Bill” section to make my payment. This has been very frustrating. Sometimes it doesn’t even recognize my login to manage my credit card payments Everyone just blames it the third party system, the problem is that it’s an awful third party system lol If you get the credit card, I do NOT recommend trying to get your rewards or manage bills on the app or website, just have them mail the rewards to you & pay bills through the robot lady phone call. ### 2/5 — Worst *2026-07-28, version 17.1* This is the worst app I have ever used.
