Reader barcode di halte tertutup acrylic buram sehingga QR susah dibaca, terkadang karena lama jadi menambah tumpukkan antrian ketika jam pulang kerja. Reader barcode di OBU harus mengatur jaraknya yang tidak menentu agak susah baca barcode juga. Kasihan jika sedang turun di non-BRT bus jadi berhenti agak lebih lama sedikit karena beberapa orang yang menggunakan barcode tiket online. Tolong tambahkan sistemnya. Barcode tiket saat ini sudah cukup bagus, tolong tambahkan fitur tiket transjakarta bisa digunakan dengan NFC Tap saja, sama seperti dengan di QRIS Tap namun ini menggunakan sistem tiket online. Berikan history di bawah nya untuk tiket tersebut, tap-in dan tap-out dimana jika berkenan agar bisa dilihat juga datanya betul atau salah.
