## What is TK?

“Die Techniker” provides its customers with a digital all-purpose tool. For example, you can use this app to upload your receipts for reimbursement, view existing sick notes, or do something for your fitness while collecting bonus points."

You can either identify yourself online using your ID card and PIN via the Nect Wallet app or by entering an activation code. We‘ll send you the activation code via post. Note: The use of TK-App with jailbroken devices is generally not possible.

Membership in a football club, regular check-ups at the dentist, the non-smoking course after New Year's Day - all these things earn points for the TK Bonus Program. And thanks to the connection to Apple Health or Fitbit, you'll receive points for many other activities.
 
TK-SAFE
 
With TK-Safe you have all relevant health data at a glance: Your visits to the doctor, diagnoses, medication, vaccinations, preventative medical checkups and much more.

Hey guys, since the 10.2.0 update on August 3rd, 2026, the steps from apple health don’t appear in tk fit any more. Please fix!!

### 3/5 — Bonusjahr plötzlich zurückgesetzt, Bonuspunkte weg 😡

Das Bonusjahr im Bonusprogramm hat sich plötzlich zurückgesetzt und meine ganzen eingereichten aber noch nicht ausgezahlten Punkte sind jetzt weg. Nun fängt mein Bonusjahr aus irgendeinem Grund plötzlich im August an statt im März und ich finde keine Möglichkeit, meine Aktivitäten, die ich vor heute absolviert habe, neu einzureichen. Wo sind meine Punkte??

Und warum funktioniert das Autokorrektur beim Schreiben einer Nachricht an die TK nicht? Das ist so, seit ich die App benutze und es macht mich wahnsinnig.

Der TerminService funktioniert auch nicht in der App.

Needs 1000eur new iPhone to work as tk are incapable of writing code to support perfectly good iPhones. my ios16 just got an update but tk insist I have to have an iPhone with ios18. I wonder why I am paying over 700eur/month yet can’t use the app services. Strange that the TK-Ident works, but is quite worthless without the app.

Die App an sich ist sehr umfangreich und informativ. Das implementierte Bonusprogramm ist ebenfalls super und motivierend, würde es denn zuverlässig funktionieren! Zuverlässigkeit ist jedoch das, was die Technik hinter der App absolut nicht kann! So viele Abbrüche, unvollständige Datenübernahmen aus anderen Apps und Informationsverluste im allgemeinen, sind absolut nicht mehr akzeptabel und nicht zeitgemäß! Wie kann es sein, dass die App einem (wiederholt!), bei Teilnahme an einer 12 Wochen-Challenge, plötzlich nach 9-10 Wochen mitteilt, dass man angeblich zu lange inaktiv gewesen sei und man deshalb neu starten müsse? Nach 10 Wochen Zielerfüllung wohlgemerkt, würde man bereits den Benefit von 1000 Punkten erreichen! So fällt man unschuldig und radikal auf 0 zurück - kurz vor Zielerreichung! Ein Schelm der Böses dabei denkt!
Unabhängig davon ist die App nicht einmal dazu in der Lage, Tracking-Daten direkt aus den Geräten von Polar oder Garmin (beides Marktführer! auf diesem Sektor) auszulesen. Das können andere Gesundheits-Apps schon lange.
Das heißt, man muss jedes Mal umständlich zum Bespiel über die Apple Health als Zwischenstufe gehen.
Im übrigen noch einmal zum anfänglich erwähnten Datenverlust - in der Apple Health sind alle Daten nachweisbar vorhanden und könnten von dort entsprechend neu geladen werden, aber das geht in der TK-App nicht und scheinbar möchte man das auch nicht. Dieses Manko wurde nämlich bereits mehrfach diskutiert. Ohne Erfolg!

Es ist eigentlich eine sehr gute App, aber seit ein paar Wochen funktioniert die TK-Fit Synchronisation mit Apple Health nicht mehr zuverlässig. Ich nutze TK-Fit schon seit einigen Jahren und weiß, wie es funktioniert. Ich habe schon alles mögliche versucht (manuelle Synchronisation, Datenquelle neu zugeordnet, App gestoppt und neu gestartet, App neu installiert), aber die Probleme bleiben. Ich habe hier von ähnlichen Problemen in anderen Rezessionen gelesen, daher hoffe ich, dass es sehr bald behoben wird. Eine aktive Info an die User, insbesondere auch wie mit laufenden Challenges umgegangen wird, wäre wirklich gut! Und bitte nicht: „wenden Sie sich an den Support“, denn das Problem ist ja offensichtlich bekannt!

### 3/5 — Handy-Modell zu alt für App :(

Die App an sich ist echt mega, sehr übersichtlich & bietet einem viele Möglichkeiten. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit kann ich alles Mögliche nachschauen oder z.B. Dinge für das Bonusprogramm eingeben. 
Jedoch scheine ich mit dem iPhone 8 oder iPhone X nicht mehr die Möglichkeit zu haben, die App zu nutzen, weil die beiden Modelle nicht mehr dem dazu notwendigen iOS-System entsprechen. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Ich bin der Meinung, dass jedes Mitglied der TK, unabhängig von dem Modell des Handy‘s, die Möglichkeit haben sollte, die App zu nutzen & somit von den Vorteilen der App zu profitieren.
Man kann sich zwar auch über die Internetadresse einloggen, jedoch ist der Vorgang aufwendig & unübersichtlich & ich möchte nicht jedes Mal die Versichertennummer & das Passwort eingeben. Bei der App ging das alles innerhalb 1 Sekunde per Face-ID oder Fingerabdruck.
Ich möchte mir jetzt kein neues Handy kaufen, nur weil mein Handy nicht mehr mit der Apo kompatibel ist. Das finde ich sehr schade.
